Their communication has always impressed me. I reside and work in Dallas, Texas and they are 7 hours ahead of me; however, that never seems to be a barrier for them. Although I consider myself respecting their time off, I am always surprised to receive a response from them even when it is considered after their office hours or what would be considered an extremely late message from me. 

They're also very patient with me, as I have very little knowledge of SEO and its complete "in's and out's," in how it works. They take time to help me better understand their decisions in moving forward with certain aspects of the project.
