What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We launched the website, which allowed us to highlight our upcoming events, workshops, customer-centricity assessment, and client testimonials. We also saw an increase in event registrations and site traffic. Overall, our clients and team members loved the website.

We needed a complete overhaul of our website. New pages developed, old content removed, standardization across the pages, translation services added, a unique map of our service locations, and changes to our SEO ratings through Google Grants.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All of the measurable outcomes were a success. Nowspeed did a complete overhaul of our website. They developed new pages, cleaned up our old content, standardized the theme across our pages. They added translation services, as we have a very diverse population that needs those services when visiting our page. They created a unique map of our service locations with little peach icons to designate our site, and have been working with us consistently on updating our SEO scores through Google Grants. The team is professional, prompt in communication, and friendly.

One of the most impressive aspects of Nowspeed is that they're so fast with communication. If we need changes to our site or have questions, it's same day or next day response times. The staff is friendly and dedicated to their work.

I haven't found any area of improvements needed from Nowspeed. Their team's mission closely aligns with the values of our organization. If there is a question or a concern, it's direct open communication.

We have engaged with Nowspeed to work very closely with a live entertainment client for all our Google buys. This includes paid search, display and video advertising in multiple markets across Canada. We are working with the team as a branch of our own team having a very close working relationship between Nowspeed, our agency and the client. 

A client focused on sales, we look to our campaigns to build awareness in the market while also focusing on conversions. Our display and video campaigns are designed to deliver high volume of impressions while ensuring we're reaching our correct demographic to ensure it is known our event is going to be in their local city. To reach our conversion goals, we have a strong PPC campaign using strategic keywords and text ads to drive traffic to site and gain sales/conversions. 

To continue to drive traffic and sales, we've additionally built remarketing lists to utilize in our display and video campaigns to maintain a strong presence in the market to continuously drive website traffic and conversions. Working with Nowspeed has allowed us to deliver a full funnel digital media strategy to reach our clients goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Depending on the goal of our strategy, we were looking at CPMs or conversions as our main KPIs. When looking at the awareness portion of our campaign, we managed to keep our CPMs low with a targeted campaign to deliver high volume of impressions. For our conversion campaigns, we are seeing our strongest ROAS through our PPC campaigns when comparing against all our digital initiatives.

Working with Nowspeed Marketing feels like working with a coworker who works in the office with me. Their response time is impeccable and I trust in the work they are doing. They are efficient in managing timelines and budgets and have never missed a campaign launch date. 

They are consistent in our weekly meetings, bringing forward campaign results and optimization recommendations and always available via email or messaging app. I never doubt that they aren't constantly engaged with our accounts to deliver the best results possible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the work they've done to continually optimize our google text and visual ads and thinking about other ways to enhance our spend has been awesome. Reneir is very proactive and always tries to make things better, which I greatly appreciate. The ebook conversion he helped us develop and implement was very effective in helping us increase our traffic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nowspeed Marketing could have done differently?

I struggle with the social media side still somewhat after a year. It feels like the effort to improve or continue to be creative is a lot less on this side of the business. I have to remind the team to send us draft posts sometimes they are behind or they lack the initiative to maintain the same level of performance.

Quaker Special Risk is a Surplus Lines Insurance brokerage firm, located in Worcester, MA. The MA office has about 50 employees. We serve New England-based Insurance Agencies, who write business along the East Coast. I am the Director of Personal Lines and I also oversee Marketing.

Our company website was created over 15 years ago and had not been updated very much since. We had recently moved into a trendy new office space. It became obvious to us that our website did not reflect the young, vibrant company that we are. A website face lift was the first place that we invested to make our brand reflect who we are.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to help our clients efficiently navigate our website to find what they needed fast. It had to be simple and user-friendly. We also wanted to drive more traffic to our website so our clients could obtain their own applications, submit requests for quotes, and even increase the amount of products that they could quote themselves instantly online.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected Nowspeed to do our website design because we had worked with them before. We trusted the folks there and felt comfortable that they knew us and understood our business. Because of our prior relationship, we were able to save time and dig right in to the project. In addition, their pricing was fair.

Once we selected Nowspeed to do our website design, we had a couple of kick-off meetings to discuss overall goals. Initially, they worked with us to establish clear expectations on both sides.

From there, most of the approvals were done via email. They gave us directions on what we could and could not change. They stayed on task, their timelines were accurate, and they completed to project exactly when they said that they would be done. There were absolutely no surprises.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager, who served as the main point of contact for the project. There was also a developer and a designer on the team as well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As soon as the project was completed, we were quick to steer our clients to the website. We received positive feedback on the “look” and saw an uptick in new clients visiting the site.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our team and theirs was pretty seamless. The project manager is an excellent communicator. The timeline was well-managed. It was an easy project to oversee.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Since we had worked with Nowspeed in the past, we already came into this project with the understanding that they were good. Every time we have used them, they start by educating us, which makes the next steps that much easier to follow. They collaborate with you and build out an affordable solution to meet your needs.

There is always room for improvement. With that said, these guys are professionals. They do the job quickly, without taking shortcuts. That explains why we have partnered with them repeatedly on different projects over the years.

It was a complete turn key project in which Nowspeed handled the development of the new web pages, placement into our staging site, and successful deployment to our product website environment.

I believe that there 3-4 people from the Nowspeed side that included graphics and web development individuals. The project team from the Alanda side consisted of only one individual.

The main impact this will have on our business is it will allow us a place for new prospect companies to learn about our new software solution. Our company is planning a press release on the 1st of April, so having a new web page to drive potential customers to is key to the sales process.

The project management was structured as a single point of contact. We have worked well in this manner with Nowspeed on this and previous projects.

On the SMM side, Nowspeed developed a strategy for our social media posts, including content types and frequency. They developed KPIs, setup tracking, and provide regular reporting.

They also assist with content suggestions, with particular focus on our monthly LinkedIn ads. For SEO, Nowspeed provides monthly analysis and reporting, page optimization recommendations, regular review of keywords.

Now that we are 4 years into our work with Nowspeed, I have regular contact with 2 employees - one for each aspect of our account.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Most notably, our website traffic continues to increase year over year, as does our follower base on LinkedIn. Also, a significant portion of our new business leads are coming from inbound marketing.

Communication is well established. We have bi-weekly meetings to report on KPIs. For day to day needs, my emails are always answered within hours of sending them.

Although there have been a number of staffing changes on our account, Nowspeed has managed to bring new employees up to speed quickly by supervising their work at the outset.

Early this year, we achieved the #1 google page rank for our main topic area. I attribute much of this success to the advice, guidance, and hard work from NowSpeed.

We have an extremely small marketing team, so I appreciate how our contacts at NowSpeed are regularly available via phone or email (in addition to our regular calls). They are proactive about watching our programs and making new suggestions for improvements.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They know their stuff. We do not have digital expertise on our team so it is great to have their deep knowledge available to us. Also, they appear to really care about us as an account. For example, when we had trouble with disapproved google ads, they stayed on top of it with google until the issue was resolved. It was great that I could count on them to handle it.
