I am a Staff Engineer at MentorcliQ.com, which is the leading Mentoring Software as a Service world wide. I'm also a technical advisor and developer for all technical aspects with the Marketing Team.

For what projects/services did your company hire Novembit, and what were your goals?

Our goal was to migrate our website from HubSpot CMS to a different Framework. Novembit oversaw the full transition from re-development to data migration and finally deployment.

We reviewed several agencies during the scouting process. Novembit stood out in terms of reputation. And boy did they live up to their name.

As mentioned, we had to move away from HubSpot to a different Framework (won't display this publicly). But I can say every core aspect of the website was completely redeveloped from scratch, from modules/plugins/functionalities to the very last design detail.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Apart from Framework migration, our main marketing limitation in the past was SEO enhancements. The project delivery helped the Marketing team to further expand their SEO capabilities. This has impacted positively for our marketing team. Ever since the launch of the project, there has been zero negative feedback from the website's admins, SEO experts, and the CMO.

We used Slack for quick inquiries, material sharing, and open discussions on solutions. We also utilized Jira boards to track tasks, deliverables, and further discussions on complex tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

KNOWLEDGE! The team had triple-A knowledge on offering solutions, technical challenges, and offering respective solutions. No comments here.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing. We learned a lot from them.

Get to know the client's customer needs, and the psychology of sales, and I'm sure you could also build your own great digital ecommerce businesses for selling your plugins & themes.
