The studio started with a brief, called us to understand exactly what we needed.After that they made a website design, I gave them a list of corrections, which they accepted and implemented. After that, the web development and implementation followed directly. In total, the process took about a month. (sorry for my English, translated with DeepL)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A good complex website design that helped to bring 500 applicants to the first stream of the program, who turned into the first 25 students

They released some changes every week, I gave them comments, and they later changed it in the design, there were no objections to the time

There was the initial work, the initiation of the project, we called several times with project manager, and later we started calling every week. The team delivered the product iteratively in parts every week. First, they sketched out the structure of the website, made wireframes based on the first few calls. 

After that, we asked them to make a quick, very simple MVP solution that would be available to users right away - that’s what you can see on the site now. And at the same time, we started developing the second iteration with a full design for all the necessary pages about the project, about the team, about all our cases, and we will be doing this for the next month or so. After that, they will implement the created design, and this will be the end of the work

Solution in just a month after the project started. and a beautiful design that will be implemented later

MVP implementation was faster than we expected. Now we have several types of regular calls when we plan the project backlog, and iteratively work on page designs
