We engaged the NorthLogics to implement a customized Salesforce CRM solution tailored to our growing coffee house chain, which operates multiple locations. The objective was to centralize customer data, improve customer engagement, and streamline marketing and loyalty programs across all outlets

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After implementing the Salesforce CRM, we noticed a steady rise in repeat visits from loyal customers. Our team received significantly more customer feedback than before, helping us improve service quality. Loyalty members started spending more per visit, and our marketing campaigns reached and engaged a much larger audience. Store managers also found it easier to access reports and insights, saving valuable time in daily operations.

Their project management was structured and efficient. They set clear milestones from the start and consistently delivered each phase on time. we were quite satisfied with the engagement. If anything, a more detailed onboarding guide or quick reference for end-users would have helped our team adapt even faster in the early stages. That said, whenever we requested clarification or training, the team was quick to respond and support us. It's a minor area for improvement in an otherwise smooth and well-executed project.
