Noboru World was tasked to lead a comprehensive brand and digital transformation project for Lushful. The engagement began with a complete rebranding exercise, including the development of a new brand identity and logo design that aligned with our market positioning.

Noboru World’s project management was structured, transparent, and responsive. They laid out a clear roadmap from the start, with defined milestones across branding, web development, app builds, and marketing. Most deliverables were completed on schedule, and communication throughout was proactive and consistent.

There was a slight delay in launching the mobile apps due to tech debt from our earlier beta version, which wasn’t part of Noboru’s original scope. However, they tackled the issue efficiently—reworking parts of the codebase without derailing the broader timeline. Their problem-solving mindset and flexibility really stood out during this phase.

Overall, they remained responsive to our evolving needs, used tools like Notion and Slack to keep us informed, and truly felt like an extension of our internal team.

One area for improvement could be even tighter QA before major launches. While the team was quick to fix issues, a more rigorous pre-release testing process would have saved some back-and-forth. That said, their responsiveness made up for it.

Noboru team worked on the content projects around all Line of Businesses. They helped us in creating content from scratch for all primary and secondary topics. This helped us a lot in terms of scaling our overall content repository and website traffic by more than 10X.

The project was well managed and timely delivered by Noboru team. They worked as per the requirement and delivered the desired deliverable on time.

Learning and evolving with time. One of the most important things for any agency. Noboru team worked well in terms of enhancing their knowledge and skills, worked on the feedback and improved the quality of the deliverables consistently over time.

Noboru has delivered on time for the most part, but we’ve had a slight gap during the lockdown where they missed deadlines by two days.

We’ve seen a boost in our site’s organic traffic. Their social media work has also helped us grow traffic.

Everything’s gone smoothly. I’ve met most of their team personally, and they have very good design, research, SEO, and content writing teammates.
