What were your goals for this project?

Our objective of this project was to create valuable content for our users and provide information which helps them in understanding the Insurance concepts and products better and take better decisions while buying insurance.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Noboru team worked on the content projects around all Line of Businesses. They helped us in creating content from scratch for all primary and secondary topics. This helped us a lot in terms of scaling our overall content repository and website traffic by more than 10X.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project was well managed and timely delivered by Noboru team. They worked as per the requirement and delivered the desired deliverable on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Learning and evolving with time. One of the most important things for any agency. Noboru team worked well in terms of enhancing their knowledge and skills, worked on the feedback and improved the quality of the deliverables consistently over time.

Mistakes are obvious and expected. Try to not repeat the same mistake again.

I’m a project coordinator for a travel agency. I handle outsourced work and reporting. We have tie-ins with different airlines for US tickets. We’re planning to launch two new startups, for accounting and consulting.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Noboru World has provided SEO, social media marketing, and content writing services for our travel business. For the other two business ventures in our company, they’ve helped us with website development and UI/UX design, content writing, and quality assurance. They consulted us on building our marketing strategy in order to take the site further, and they’ve helped us with programmatic marketing.

What is the team composition?

There were 10–12 people from Noboru working with us. Jyotisman (Senior Manager for Client Success) has been my main point of contact. I moved to Bangalore for a few months to work closely with their team there.

My boss found Anjan (Founder & CEO) and introduced him to us.

I don’t handle this part so I can’t comment on what we invested.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Noboru World in August or September of 2019. We’re currently working on the UI/UX part for our new businesses.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Noboru has delivered on time for the most part, but we’ve had a slight gap during the lockdown where they missed deadlines by two days.

We’ve seen a boost in our site’s organic traffic. Their social media work has also helped us grow traffic.

How did Noboru World perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything’s gone smoothly. I’ve met most of their team personally, and they have very good design, research, SEO, and content writing teammates.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I would recommend Noboru World to others. All their work is professional and well-documented. They do proper research to identify shortcomings and pain points.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The pandemic situation has impacted their delivery times, and this is something they should focus on. Everything else is fine.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I recommend getting in touch with Jyotisman. He’s been able to address every difficulty we’ve had. They have a smaller team now, and they’re trying to focus on the quality of the work.

Our organic traffic was growing well initially, keyword research was done, competitor research was good, and technical implementation suggestions were great. But after 3 months, the work did not live up to our expectations.

The team members have good skills and knowledge, but they need to focus more on organic growth KPIs and align their deliverables to the KPI targets.

Working withNoburu has been a really good experience. They have taken good care of the SEO activity and the link building strategy helped in bringing relevant traffic.

The keyword research was conducted considering the user intent and competitive gaps which helped Northmist to rank organically in the space of sustainable clothing.

We made a Whatsapp group for communicating on a regular basis. Apart from this, they've assigned one account manager to get in touch anytime required.
