What is the scope of their involvement?

NinjaPromo.io helps us with our community management. In order to create a blockchain-technology game, we need to be in touch with our community all the time through Discord and Telegram, so they manage our community on those platforms.

NinjaPromo.io provide us with regular content creation and posting on both platforms, and they moderate and oversee our server channels. Moreover, they offer basic user support and answer tickets. Their team also supports the activities and events we organize.

To create content, we provide NinjaPromo.io with our guidelines, and they create the content according to what we want to promote. Additionally, they create general content about the cryptocurrency space so that our community can be informed about current news and have a wider understanding of the industry. Currently, their team is doing research about cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and the Metaverse, which helps them create said content.

We meet with NinjaPromo.io every two weeks. We have a constant dialogue where we share our observations, and they share what they need from our side, so our collaboration can be even better. We communicate via Discord and Telegram.

What did you find most impressive about them?

NinjaPromo.io is a multi-talented team offering a wide array of skills, creativity, and experience to address our community management needs. Moreover, their team is respectful, easy to approach, proactive, responsive to feedback, agile in adapting to our requests, and happy to work with what suits us the best.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they made sure to send their notes to the next person coming in the shift to keep them updated with everything we discussed in the previous shift.

We began with bringing on NP to create content for our channels as we built out the larger brand campaign. Once ready, the NP team managed our channels and worked with our creative director to provide additional content in line with our brand strategy. This included video content, social media and the creation of long-form thought leadership and PR assets. NP was especially helpful in crafting and landing influencer engagements and crypto media placements.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The campaign was a great success. NP was quick to understand the product and its differentiation in the marketplace and was quick to shift as our priorities changed throughout.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Telegram and video conferencing, which worked great. There were some challenges with providing feedback and seeing quick results. There were a few team changes, but this is normal for agencies. Generally it was great working with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The account leadership was great. Olga was very attentive and not pushy. Their team had good experience in the Web3 space that was very helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Some aspects of the account weren't streamlined as well as others. The PR processes were all very straightforward and easy to follow, yet the paid media not as much. NP could do well to ensure more consistency across the agency's services.

We hired the NinjaPromo team to help us produce a video featuring our products and services. Right now, we do not have too many communications put out there about our company so we are trying to slowly change that by producing quality content so we will become more visible to customers/clients in the future.

We wanted to make an impactful video that will help showcase that we are a professional company that can give you the results that you are looking for.

I searched high and low for different vendors but in the end decided to go with NinjaPromo. From the very beginning, communicating with them has been very smooth and I always get replies to inquiries immediately.

This pushed me to choose NinjaPromo. When working on a project, you’d want to make sure that the people you’re working with are reliable and responsive. Aside from this, they also priced us fairly for what we asked for.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We started with a discovery call to iron out all our expectations and requirements. They were very meticulous to note all details. Then we moved on to the script-writing, some edits and finally, had about 4 rounds of edits for the actual video animation.

Our contract only included 2 rounds of edits but they accommodated extra edits because they also wanted to make sure that the video they produced is top-notch and exactly how we wanted it to be.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Initially, I was put into contact with the team by Ann. She also took care of the initial queries I made. Throughout the project, I communicated mostly with Julia, the marketing project manager who made sure everything went according to the timeline set and also with Anya who made sure the script-writing and communication with the motion department is smooth.

I really liked that everything was very structured and I know exactly what’s happening and what to expect next.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We loved the video style created by NinjaPromo! It’s fresh, cool and drives an impactful campaign. Although we haven’t uploaded this onto our website yet, the initial feedback from our management are very positive. NinjaPromo.io was able to deliver exactly what we had envisioned.

NinjaPromo is easy to work with. We communicated through some video calls and daily telegram updates. I like that they followed up with me when there were times I didn’t reply right away. Overall, the timeline was followed and everything went smoothly.

Definitely value-for-money and also their creativeness. Again, good communication played a big role in this successful project together.

Nothing I could think of as of this moment.

They are a fantastic strategic partner. We generate about 1,500 leads a month. About 400 of those leads are high-quality.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NinjaPromo is creating visual, video, and text content for our social media accounts. These include long-read stories, quizzes, and GIFs. They usually create 20 unique posts, 25 stories, and one video per month. Usually, they produce animated explainer videos, but they’ve also done live-action videos.

I give NinjaPromo my vision of how our content will go, and they create materials that reflect my vision. I’ve given them our brand manual, and they follow and enhance that with their designs.

I work with six people, including Paul (Co-Founder).

After NinjaPromo has delivered their first content package, I’ve felt that our branding is solid. I can visualize my ideas with their work. We’ve increased our sales by 210% the month after engaging with them.

NinjaPromo is good at project management. They’re very flexible — if we have an urgent request, they’re always accomodating, and we can have it within the next day. Their team is also very good at delegating tasks, and someone is always available to work for us, even during holidays. We communicate through Telegram.

NinjaPromo’s designs are very good, and on top of that, they are adaptive and excellent at customer service. If I need something within an hour, they’ll do their best to deliver. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. NinjaPromo is doing a perfect job, and I can’t see how I’ll manage without them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go for their biggest package — they provide a lot of content and a high level of assistance, and it’s absolutely worth it. 

Be straightforward. Just ask if you need something changed. They’re very helpful.

We discussed all the details and got our cooperation started. We weren't interested in controlling the team's every move, so we did not coordinate every publication. In the end, we are delighted with the result we got.

I don't even know what to begin with:

1. We've received 40.000 new followers on Instagram for our Studio
2. We've received 100+ clients from Instagram
3. Apart from that our website is on top of google and yandex, we haven't expected that at all

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Usually they reply within 30 minutes to any request and work 7 days a week which is really important for us as we're b2c business as well and need some things to go live on weekends as well. The only thing wasn't perfect to me is that they are not always available for calls so I had to write them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I wasn't expecting the results receive. As an example, we had to hire 10 more designers to cover new orders. We're one of the biggest Interior design studios as for now and partly that happened because of ninjapromo team

What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked with Ninja Promo on ongoing marketing and design tasks. Most of the work was around social media, ad creatives, and general promotional materials for different campaigns we were running at the time. They were responsible for creating visuals, preparing content for ads and social posts, and helping us keep everything aligned with our branding. We also had regular check-ins about campaign performance and what should be adjusted moving forward.

We worked with 2–3 teammates from Ninja Promo.

How did you come to work with Ninja Promo?

Ninja Promo was referred to me. I found them through an online search. I chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw better engagement across our social channels, and the overall quality of our marketing materials improved a lot during the project. The paid campaigns also performed better over time once they started testing different creatives and formats. One of the campaigns saw the click-through rate (CTR) improve from around 1.1% to just over 2% after they updated the creatives and adjusted the ad formats. 
We also noticed lower cost-per-click (CPC) on a few campaigns once they started testing different visual styles and messaging. The improvements weren’t instant, but performance definitely got better over time as they optimized things. We also tracked overall reach and lead volume, both of which improved during the engagement. Our social pages became more active and consistent, which helped increase visibility and brought in more inbound interest compared to before. 
Content output became more consistent too, which helped us stay more active across channels and launch campaigns faster than before. Another thing we noticed was faster turnaround on campaign launches since we always had fresh creatives ready to go. Internally, that made the whole marketing process a lot smoother for our team.

How did Ninja Promo perform from a project management standpoint?

Ninja Promo delivered on time and always kept me updated. Our primary form of communication was virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was how fast they worked without needing a lot of back and forth. Usually, with agencies, there’s a long process before things get done, but with Ninja Promo, it felt pretty smooth and straightforward.They were also good at adapting to feedback quickly. If something needed changes, they’d usually turn around revisions fast and keep things moving. Overall, they felt more flexible and hands-on than a typical agency experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were a few times where communication could have been a bit more proactive, especially during busy periods or when multiple campaigns were running at once. Nothing major, but sometimes we had to follow up for updates or timelines.

Sometimes they moved so fast. If we asked for changes to be made to some earlier assets, they had already created new assets which hadn't factored in the changes we'd asked for previously. 

Sometimes proof reading of copy could be improved too.
