This pushed me to choose NinjaPromo. When working on a project, you’d want to make sure that the people you’re working with are reliable and responsive. Aside from this, they also priced us fairly for what we asked for.

We started with a discovery call to iron out all our expectations and requirements. They were very meticulous to note all details. Then we moved on to the script-writing, some edits and finally, had about 4 rounds of edits for the actual video animation.

Our contract only included 2 rounds of edits but they accommodated extra edits because they also wanted to make sure that the video they produced is top-notch and exactly how we wanted it to be.

Initially, I was put into contact with the team by Ann. She also took care of the initial queries I made. Throughout the project, I communicated mostly with Julia, the marketing project manager who made sure everything went according to the timeline set and also with Anya who made sure the script-writing and communication with the motion department is smooth.

I really liked that everything was very structured and I know exactly what’s happening and what to expect next.

We loved the video style created by NinjaPromo! It’s fresh, cool and drives an impactful campaign. Although we haven’t uploaded this onto our website yet, the initial feedback from our management are very positive. NinjaPromo.io was able to deliver exactly what we had envisioned.

The solution

Promotional video has turned out the best advertising creative. Carousels have performed nice as well, but the video has proven to be the best.
During the campaign, the company had season tickets sales of over $30,000. The owner of the company has also shared that those who had bought the first season ticket, later buy the second, the third and so on monthly, so the above mentioned income data don't include the LTV that will be measured during the following months.

Garden Shop is a purveyor of plants and interior plant design based in Boston, MA. Founded in January 2019, Garden Shop looked to NinjaPromo to grow its Instagram channel from scratch in order to both start to grow brand awareness and to showcase Garden Shops’ plant interior design skills. NinjaPromo worked with Garden Shop until August 2019, when they hired in-house marketing staff.

When NinjaPromo started working with Garden Shop, it was a one-man shop, so the founder was extremely busy. She had no time to identify which social channels would be best for her to use, not to mention no time to build out the channels themselves.

THE CHALLENGE
