We were looking for a developer for our website. Initially, we had a site that was built by a freelancer in Delhi. It was doing okay, but we weren’t getting much traffic or traction.

Initially, I hired The Night Marketer just for the marketing aspect. They went ahead and developed my social media accounts and did some SEO work. Two years later, scalability became an issue with our old website, so they rebuilt it and brought it up to the mark.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our updated website went live last December. The Night Marketer helped us build the site from scratch. Initially, it was built in Core PHB, so they got it up to a Laravel framework. They customized the code so I could activate cash on delivery, which is big in India. Now, I have the option to enable and disable cash on delivery for customers, which has helped us get a lot of recurring orders. They also automated a couple of our modules and integrated about four of our courier logistic partners to our website, which helps us pick the right logistic partner and has saved our company a lot of time.

We were developing an app for iOS and Android. The Night Marketer was helping us with this next step. The app was supposed to launch by March 2021, but it was delayed due to India’s pandemic. There’s another lockdown, and the majority of the states are still closed off. Even the consumption power of the consumers has been pushed back because of COVID-19. However, things are starting to fall into place, and we’re definitely on track to launch the app this December.

Moreover, The Night Marketer has guided me to the right path, which has helped me run a successful business there. We're still growing at a very rapid pace.

On a personal experience, I’m honestly really happy. This has been a very successful venture. Before this, I was a CPA, but I have no regrets about leaving my job and getting involved in this business. That's how happy I’m right now.

Raghav and the night marketer team helped us in the graphic designing for a major event for us where we had to visualise branding opportunities for various brands. they have been creating design for our social media and also designed our website for us. Have worked with them for a custom tool in another business of ours.

We were able to deliver on a lot of graphic design needs in a good turnaround time for the 2month project with more than 50 designs/creatives
