BACKGROUND

Can you describe your company?

I work for an Indian firm. We have 10 employees. We mostly work on mobile app development for iOS, Android, and Windows phones. We work with Indian clients only at the moment.

What is your role and responsibilities?

Yes, I am the founder, so I am responsible for growing the business.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What was your goal for the project with Neuweg?

Actually, we have done several apps in the real estate sector. We have done a lot of referral business in this sector. Now, we have four or five apps that are live. So far, it has just been iOS and Android. We haven’t yet done apps on BlackBerry or Windows smartphone.

It is really just mobile app development at a very competitive price.

I found them through various freelancer websites like Elance.

Can you provide a sense of the size of their projects with you with a general cost range?

Most of the projects are just in the several thousand dollar range and some even smaller.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What are the results of the work so far?

We have been satisfied with their work, and so are the end clients. We really just care about the end client’s satisfaction so in that sense everything has been great.

Do you have any results or metrics like statistics you could share about the success?

I don’t really have statistics, but there is a basic measure for success. The clients are satisfied, and the apps have been accepted. Consumers are using these apps now, so we consider it a success.

When working with Neuweg, what else is unique or special about them compared with other companies?

I feel that they provide the best work at the lowest cost. There are always some issues with changing the project schedule and timeline, but that starts with the client. They have the goal of finishing any app development project in 20 days. They have many quality developers that can get the job done quickly and cheaply. This cost model and rapid development schedule are unique. This is how they can differentiate from other companies.

Looking back on the project, is there anything that you think they could improve upon or something you might do differently?

They have good technical skill, but their UI [user interface] capabilities still need improvement. Neuweg is starting to focus on improving in this area, so I expect better results soon.
