 Netset software solutions provides us with Sanlam services and manages our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform . Initially, we described to  Netset software solutions what we needed, which was one mandate per day. The team provides a resource to help us administer the cloud, including maintaining our infrastructure, servers, and nodes and supporting us in urgent matters. They also develop new scripts for automation when needed.

Netset software solutions is very good at managing our infrastructure; we haven't been disappointed. We measure success by the time it takes for  Netset software solutions to solve our problems or execute tasks. Typically, it takes them 1–3 days to complete a task, which is reasonable. We’re satisfied with their work. Compared with other contractors we've worked with,  Netset software solutions is also very good at communication regarding spoken English and documentation. The team provides us with detailed graphs. Overall, we've had a good experience with NetSet Software Solutions.

Netset software solutions has helped us build our first product. Throughout the process, we’ve encountered many challenges and unknowns, and Rahul’s team has been instrumental in helping us resolve them. The project has turned out to be more complex than expected, and there have been many opportunities for them to walk away, but they’ve stayed with us, which we truly appreciate.

We’re now in the final stages of launching the product. We began showing it to potential users and conducting beta testing. We expect to launch in the next month or two, so we don’t have revenue metrics yet, but the app works, and that’s our main KPI. We also appreciate that they’ve been transparent about being a startup, acknowledging that they don’t have all the answers, yet they’ve worked alongside us to bring clarity to the project.

Schedules aren’t relevant for us. At every stage, we’ve realized there are more things we need to do that we haven’t accounted for. I thought we’d build it in three months, but I had no idea what I was walking into. The most important part is that we are still working together, and we expect to continue working with them in the long term after this initial project.

They are also great at communication. They constantly seek clarity, validate that they understand the mission, ask for feedback, and remain responsive to our comments. We have a lot of phone calls, regular Google Meet calls, and constant WhatsApp communication.

They deeply cared about the success of our program. We started out with fixed specs and then went to more flexible, customer-responsive requirements that they supported as a true team member.

They have both deep expertise in all key areas (from app design to development to back end security and data analytics), and the true caring and passion for our project. Their members are truly great human beings who care. When there were issues, they listened and always worked hard to fix them as soon as possible. NetSet Software Solutions wanted to make the product great and added unique ideas we wouldn’t have thought of.
