I’m the head of IT for a global cosmetics company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Netex Cloud Technologies LLC?

We initially engaged Netex to find a solution for our field communication and field management processes. Now, they help us with process automation and mobile-focused initiatives.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Netex team helps us conduct business as usual by providing robot process automation services. They’re primarily responsible for backing up our mobile expenditure data for each department and processing it into an Excel spreadsheet. 

To start, the team reviewed our internal processes and created a model to help us transition from a manual to an automated system. Now, we send them raw data that can’t be read by humans, and they use robots to decode it and send us the financial information in Excel. After they send us the readable data, we transfer it to our ERP system.

We work with two team members from Netex, Olexander (Co-Founder), and one other teammate.

One of our employees recommended Netex to help us craft field communication solutions. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invest roughly $100 monthly in the partnership. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Netex in June 2020, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The Netex team has provided us with high-quality services and complex financial reports. Every month, they provide us with clear information and analytics regarding our mobile phone expenditures. Furthermore, their efforts to automate our manual processes have saved us roughly two days' worth of accounting work per month. 

How did Netex Cloud Technologies LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Netex has delivered on all our asks. They’ve taken a client-oriented approach, and we’ve had no problems working with them.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been impressed by the Netex team’s sophisticated nature and positive attitude. They’ve always addressed our requests promptly and thoroughly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their invoicing process. We typically have a 90-day standard, but Netex prefers payments within 60 days, so we’ve had to compromise. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend working with Netex if your needs align with their capabilities. They’re very clever, and they can help you.

I consider myself to have a superpower of being the ideal supporting buddy who is making sure things happen in the team. I’ve had quite a passion for my rapidly developing HR career through 15+ years in multi industry and multi cultural environments. I have hands on experience in various senior HR roles in FMCG, Telecom, Media and Advertising industries. As a HR and Organizational Development professional I had specialist roles at local markets as well as Director positions covering multi country and multi legal entity responsibilities.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've received positive reference from my colleagues. Deciding factors were free of charge demo system and possibility to change anything in the system.

The guys from Netex provided me the following HR Management modules: Your Voice, Online Assessment, 360 Degree Survey, Pulse Check Survey, Performance Management and etc. Project stages were done step by step following my requests.

It is committed business analyst who translates my requirements to Netex professional team.

Most impressive that I can change my business requests on the fly.

Netex guys display proactive approach and kind support.

Keep in mind that the best resolutions are those that people arrive at themselves, not what someone else tells them to do. If you feel it is appropriate, and only after you have encouraged the person to talk, offer some ideas and discuss them.

I am project management officer and accountable for humanitarin projects delivery in international charitable foundation "United Efforts".

United Efforts management board made the decision to outsource support and back office functions. Netex Cloud Technologies has been selected as the main supplier for the staff augmentation.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We selected the Netex Cloud Technologies based on tender results. The main deciding factors were: - appropriate SLA, - 24*7 support, - flat budget, - EU Data Center for hosting.

Project is running within the framework of PRINCE II methodology. Scope of the project: - cloud environment creation for in-house systems hosting - stage 1, - provide accounting and back office services - stage 2, - provide managed IT services - stage 3, - ERP implementation based on Cloud Application Platform - stage 4, - ongoing business-as-usual support - stage 5.

Project includes 3 types of cost:

• pay-as-you-go subscription,

Netex Cloud Technologies appointed single point of contact Key Account manager, who is responsible for resource allocation within service lines. It gives us possibility to avoid the micro management routine.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

We had got the 2 month hyper-care period during project implementation, 24*7 support and 99,9 % SLA for business-as-usual activities.

Project is running within the framework of PRINCE II methodology, that ensure the quality of project management approach, clear communication, self-sufficient tools and timeliness.

The most impressive that Netex Cloud Technologies business analysts have comprehensive backbone experience in our operation arias. We are impressed with Netex Cloud Technologies LLC ability to deliver the best solutions for our needs.

At current stage we have not any areas for improvement.

High level of the experts provided by Netex with high cost efficience. All Netex company process based on ITIL methodology. They established a good communication environment between our companies.

Netex accept no more than 60 days post payment for their services, but we supposed 90 days.
