What was the scope of their involvement?

Net-Craft.com Inc. has taken over my app's development, which was originally created by another developer. The app was only 90% created, and I had a hard time getting the source code. When I finally got it, I handed it over to Net-Craft.com Inc., and they took over and finished the app. They took the original source code, created a development area, and finished the last 10% to make it something I could be proud of.

Net-Craft.com Inc. has used Angular, Firebase, and Google hosting. The team has been able to fulfill every request I've given them. They have found the hidden cookies and content I've been looking for. Net-Craft.com Inc. will convert the web app into something I can put into the App Store and Google Play.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Net-Craft.com Inc. has been critical to our project. The team has completed the app, and we've successfully gone through the beta process. We had the first 100 users use the app, and then we went back to make updates and improvements based on their feedback. Now, we're ready for the launch.

How did Net-Craft.com Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Net-Craft.com Inc. is very responsive. When I submit a request, it's usually completed within a day or two. If it's a bigger request, it takes a week or two, but nothing has taken months. We don't set a budget; they work on an hourly rate. Sometimes, if I feel it's a larger job, I'll ask for an estimate or a quote. Generally, that's pretty accurate. I haven't had any terrible surprises.

We use GitHub for communication. Jason prefers to work through email. When I send an email, I usually get a response very quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed that Net-Craft.com Inc. has taken over a project they didn't create. If you're not the creator, it can be very confusing to find what another developer has done, especially if there aren't many comments in the code. Jason has allayed my fears and reassured me that all the code would be in my control. They would work on my GitHub account, so I would always have control.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would prefer to have a WhatsApp or Slack setup. I'd also prefer to have more Zoom calls.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Any entrepreneur trying to build an app has a lot of fears; however, going to someone like Net-Craft.com Inc. is worth it. It takes away a lot of that early fear because we don't know what we don't know. As soon as an app gets in the hands of real users, the feedback generates many requests and opportunities for improvement. You need to have someone that can dig in and understand what the app is about and what the business is about. When I discuss our goals with Jason and his team, they understand what I'm talking about.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Net-Craft.com Inc. developed our mobile and web app from scratch. We started by giving them a detailed Word document. Jason asked questions, and we created a prototype. After that, we created wireframes and developed the app using React Native for iOS and Android. The team also handled the UX/UI design.

The app’s main selling point is that it’s innovative and updated for golf caddies. Golf members can book a caddy when they book their tee time, so the caddies know when they’re working, and the golfers know they’ll have a caddy available. Users can rate the caddy on a scale of 1–5 and leave a comment. They can also pay the caddy directly through the app. Other features include booking lessons, buying items from the pro shop, purchasing food and drinks, and GPS services. The web app version is a POS system for club management.

I found them on Clutch. I was looking for a company that understood golf and could do this project for us. I also took meetings with other companies on Clutch, but I went with Net-Craft.com Inc. because they were based in Phoenix, Arizona, so I could meet them in person if needed.

We worked together from April 2024–May 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of Net-Craft.com Inc.’s work was great. They set us up with a Trello board, and everything was laid out. If I had a question, I could text or call Jason. He was very responsive and answered almost every time. If something didn’t make sense, we could refer to Trello. If we needed something emailed, Jason would email it.

We experienced bugs during the beta testing phase, but that was included in our contract. We were told to let them know if we experienced any bugs. They went in and fixed any glitches on the beta app or the backend. They worked really well with all of our bugs and sorted them out.

How did Net-Craft.com Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Net-Craft.com Inc. did well with everything regarding the timeframe. We internally had some issues, and we delayed the project by not giving them the answer. However, they went from zero to having an app developed in one year. This wasn’t a small project, and they did great.

Once we hit the development stage, it took us five months to complete it. I hadn’t heard of that in the industry, so I was very happy with the timeframe. Jason met deadlines every Friday and gave me updates. They set us up with a Trello board, and everything was laid out. If I had a question, I could text or call Jason. He was very responsive and answered almost every time. If something didn’t make sense or we needed something emailed, Jason was there to help us out.

We communicated through Trello, text messages, and phone calls. We also held Zoom calls whenever we needed to change something. We used email for verification and confirmation.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Net-Craft.com Inc.’s communication and efficiency stood out. I didn’t speak to anybody else on their team other than Jason, who gave everything straight to us. Net-Craft.com Inc. was also responsive. They allowed changes and worked with us. We had some internal issues, and they worked with us completely on those and made sure we were happy with what we got.

I can't think of anything they could've improved on. They were by far the best company I’ve partnered with.

Don’t be afraid to ask a question if you’re unsure of something or want an update. In our experience, Jason was great at answering questions and hopping on the phone calls. He took the time to go through everything.

Net-Craft.com Inc. developed our organization's website. Initially, I requested Net-Craft.com Inc. to integrate two searchable databases, and we now have four. In these databases, users can search for products, recipes, farmer markets, and farms that families can visit. After Net-Craft.com Inc. completed our site and implemented SEO strategies. The team has continued to provide maintenance, and I've engaged with them again to update the site's backend technology and design. 

Net-Craft.com Inc. hosts our site and has added features since the first time they launched it. The site has a blog where I post a minimum of two weekly articles. We talk about nutrition, healthy foods, and Arizona agricultural-based food. For instance, this month is watermelon month, and we've done various articles on watermelons. Last month was dairy month, and we published posts related to dairy. 

Below the blog section, we have a section where we post the 32-second spots we produce for iHeartMedia's streaming and country radio stations since we have a partnership. We also have a section where we post recipes and celebrity interviews we created a while ago with Arizona-based chefs. We post nutritional news occasionally, and we have another section with infographics about the four seasons and local food available on each one called Arizona Products and Seasons.

We previously used Google Analytics, but the team is updating it, so I don't have metrics at the moment. Our web traffic averages around 12,000–15,000 monthly users, which is satisfactory for our team. The blog is a solid feature of our site because we publish new content every week. We've conducted informal focus groups, and users have mentioned they mainly use the site to find farms in the area and farmer markets and use the recipes, too. 

Net-Craft.com Inc.'s SEO work has allowed us to have an online presence and aggregate our data to reach Arizona families. We have good web traffic, although we haven't implemented a solid marketing strategy, except by promoting the site on our social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram. 

We're part of an eight-state insurance nonprofit organization based in Iowa. At one point, we asked our organization to redesign the site, but they told us they couldn't because of its complexity and the databases included. Net-Craft.com Inc. has been reasonable with us.

When Net-Craft.com Inc.'s project management is good, the team is responsive and has fixed the issues I've brought them. When I asked for the redesign bid, Net-Craft.com Inc. responded quickly. We had discussions back and forth to find out exactly what I needed, which took time, but I might not have been communicating properly, and our site is complex. 

We communicate primarily via email and sometimes via Zoom meetings. I only contact the team when I have an issue or particular request. We haven't had a meeting in a while.

Scope of Work:  Develop a mobile app with an administrative console and historical reports capabilities for the developement of a ridership tracking app by demographics.  In addition develop a pre-post inspection form on the app and a QR code bus pass for elderly/disabled bus passes.  Other enhancements included GPS tracking for the buses.  The app is to function on android devices.  The admin console allows for management of assets (vehicles), demographics, routes and drivers.

The successful delivery of a customized application currently being utilized to this day.  Project was so successful that the City partnered with Netcraft to sell the app to other transit agencies.

Yes, items delivered on time.  Very responsive.  Took over 30 builds in order to work out bugs and find the best customization for the City's needs.

I’m a dentist and the owner of Winn Family Dentistry, a private practice in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Our patients' ages range between zero and 110, but the Baby Boomers make up the largest percentage of our patient population.

We needed help with website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially used Net-Craft.com Inc. to develop our website from scratch. Since then, they’ve updated the website when needed and worked on our Google search rankings. They also work on some social media and imaging.

First, we gave them the background of what we needed for the site. They’ve input our patient online forms so patients can access them online. They’ve also implemented an online payment method for our patients. We’ve given them most of the information; they can now use AI, but 12 years ago, they hired a content writer to help us with the subject we wanted to talk about.

For SEO, we both had ideas and came up with the keywords. We knew the local scene pretty well, and Net-Craft.com Inc. knew what words to use to go after it.

Additionally, they’ve set us up for Facebook and X, but we mainly use Facebook because most of our patients are 50–80 years old.

I saw their portfolio and met with Jason. He seemed very personable. He got into the game in the late '90s and early 2000s before everything took off, so he’s been in the business for a long time. Overall, he had a great portfolio with other projects, and Net-Craft.com Inc. seemed like a great option for us.

The website cost about $15,000 initially. Since then, we’ve probably spent about $1,000 a month for 12 years, for a total of about $175,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been with them for 12 years, since I started my practice in July 2012. I initially contacted them in Q4 2011, and they continue to keep an eye on us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Net-Craft.com Inc. did an excellent job with the initial website. When I bought the practice, there were about 1,800 patients; now, we have about 7,000 patients. We haven’t taken new patients for almost a year because we keep a solid list of patients who want to get in. If we have a short cancellation or can’t find an existing patient to take it, we can call people from our call list.

Since working with Net-Craft.com Inc., we’ve had 50–125 new patients a month. All our data looks great on the search engines; we’re always at the top, which is where we want to be. I do dental work, so I don’t know much about it.

The previous doctor produced about $600,000 when I took over, and I’m getting close to $4 million a year. I have another doctor with me, and we’ve grown exponentially with existing and new patients.

We have issues every once in a while, but we can contact them, and they take care of it within half a day or a day. Sometimes patients have issues with the online pay method, but it’s usually just a few quick changes to get back to work.

They always meet deadlines and are very responsive to emails. When we need changes, they usually do them within a day. We mainly communicate via email or text.

Jason does a nice job as the head communicator, and Denis (CTO) does much of the website’s internal work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been impressed with how efficient they are. Net-Craft.com Inc. gets back to us within 10 minutes when we have questions, emails, or texts. Overall, they’re very efficient at taking care of their customers.

No, everything’s been flourishing. We’ve had no issues with them.

Nowadays, there are many options for web marketing and websites. I recommend not looking for the cheapest option because a lot goes into a project. Net-Craft.com Inc. is well worth the expense of helping you grow your business.

At present, the app has been developed, and Net-Craft.com Inc. provides ongoing maintenance for it. For features, the app is for our luxury transportation services; it’s similar to Uber or Lyft.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen no issues on the app, and it doesn’t crash. We’re still marketing it. 

How did Net-Craft.com Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Net-Craft.com Inc. delivers on time, and they have a transparent process. If I want to implement new features, they tell me exactly how much it costs.

They’re transparent about what they do and charge. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. They work honestly.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Net-Craft.com Inc. gives proposals on what’s best for your product. It’s up to you whether or not you want to take their proposal, but know that such proposals are essential to the project. As the development goes on, you may find many important items not included in your initial plan. Given that, you can’t always stick with the original plan.
