A project manager is always there for communication and keep tasks organized so we keep updated of all the progress. There are also 2 or 3 backend developers.

Our platform is very difficult to measure based on results, if we keep testing all the features we know everything is getting better day by day, and also our potential clients keep an eye on our platform since it is getting more value over time.

Before starting the working day, we get communicated to understand the daily goals, and as well to organize which are the most important tasks, also at the end of the day we keep updated of the tasks done and which are the tasks in progress. We use Skype, Github, Pivotal Tracker, to get everything organized. I really like the communication and work so far.

The time of implementation is very acceptable, that is one of the most important and eye-catching on our end that makes us keep working with them.

I know developing new features and tasks can be a hard work, but even it is always better to test very well each feature before deploying a new part of code, this can be improved on their end but in the meanwhile we keep doing our best to test everything on our side.

The work entailed creating an iOS and Android app for a client, who wanted to create a generic app for all barbershops in the area. The app will let you customize the styles and which employee provides which styles. Payment integration with Stripe setup. A CMS was created for super admins who can add stores and each store had their own login to the portal to add and manage employees and products.

Initial analysis and design were done by a senior tech lead. Once the work started, we worked with 2 iOS developers and 2 Android developers under the tech lead's supervision.

Within a month of our app being launched, we were able to expand to 5 stores and added new features like apple pay and google pay.
