They filmed everything needed and sourced music for the deliverables.

Our company website has recently undergone a redesign and it was important we had digital assets that we could use across our event websites to encourage audience & brand engagement.

The sizzle reel for the event was a a hugely successful tool for our sales team to encourage sposnor engagment and showcase iGlobal's products. Rebookings for our events has vastly imporoved with new business also showing an uptick. The digital assets produced by Multivision have definately been a factor here.

Enagagement across our social channels has also increased.

We were shooting a part of a feature film in the USA (4 days in NYC out of 43 shooting days). MVD provides the location scouting, casting, equipment rentals, transport, crew members, and rental of props and furniture.

All four shooting days were successful and we fulfilled the shooting plan with all planned scenes. Locations were locked, the crew arrived on time, all equipment needed was delivered and the footage is complete.

The actual filming was preceded by several months of preparation. Every aspect of the production was thoroughly discussed. The MVD was professional, well-prepared, and ensured that everything required from us was delivered on time and in sufficient quality. Filming was demanding and intense, but all unexpected complications were successfully managed, and the production turned out as we had envisioned.

MultiVision Digital Productions provides filmed video production services for us. The idea was to create just one video, but they’ve knocked it out of the park, so we’re now up to making 3–4 different clips of the same video with them. They’ve taken care of planning the storyboard based on the concept we came up with, making a shoot list, providing equipment, and handling audio mixing.

We needed to create a marketing video to showcase the company's expertise to utilize in pitching ourselves to potential clients. We also needed this video to add to social media and our company website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected this vendor based off of their promise for a quick timeline (from decision to use them to final product was less than 2 months). I also liked the idea of them gathering a lot of footage to utilize in future videos for recruiting, education, etc. They also will provide all raw footage to us for our own usage as well, which seems to be rare in their industry.

The scope of work was to create a 3-4 minute video to utilize in pitching our company to potential clients, post on social media, and place on our website. We started by creating a message that we wanted to get across. The message was then fluffed out into a script of sorts for the video.

Then, the filming began where we did a series of filming on construction sites as well as on-site interviews to get a lot of the language from the script. Finally MultiVision edited the film 3 times - first as a draft, second to our liking, and third to perfection!

We had a director and three members of a film crew. One of the members of the film crew was also serving as the editor, which was great because he was familiar with all of the shots we had taken.

The deliverable video has been a great source of pride for the company thus far. It has also done very well on social media. However it is a little too soon to know whether or not it will impress our clients.

It was great! Robert and Adam were great communicators, easy to get a hold of, and provided reviews and changes in a very timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I felt immediately comfortable sharing with this team my opinions, even if they differed from theirs, and knew that they would be open to hearing me out. We felt more like a cohesive team than a client and company providing a service. I felt they were truly invested in my project and really wanted the final deliverable to come out great.

No! I think the process of creating a new video for a company that has 0 experience with digital marketing comes with a lot of trial and error. Robert and his team were wonderful in working with me through changes in schedule, on-the-fly interviews, and extensive editing.

We have been proving financial assistance for over 50 years and wanted to commemorate this event through a video that we can share with our current and prospective clients as well as our team of associates. In addition, we wanted to post the video on our social media platforms to celebrate this important milestone for our firm.

We researched video production companies in our area. After reviewing a couple of proposals and meeting with a few, we chose MultiVision Digital because of the quality of their videos and high recommendations from others that have worked with Robert and his team before.

We started with a discovery meeting. Robert came in and met with us to understand our firm and our services. He then suggested meeting with all the other Partners to get to know them and help us create a script and storyboard. The final video captured our firm in appx 6 ½ minutes that showed our history, and how we service our clients. They gave us a shorter version that we could use for our website that captured our overall message – ‘The Traphagen Experience’

We worked with Robert , the President of MultiVision Digital and he was great! He outlined the project, answered all of our questions and concerns and kept us on schedule. He was very easy going and professional during the entire process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We shared the 50th Anniversary Video with all of our clients via ConstantContact, posted on social media and our website, and the responses were overwhelmingly amazing. We gained at least 4 new clients from current client referrals who have been with us for 30 + years. Partners, Associates and Clients commented on the professional look and feel of the production.

No. This was our first time doing video production and naturally had many questions and concerns going into this project, but Robert impressed us with his preparation and execution. He supported us from start to finish, and we were all very satisfied with the final video.
