We partnered with Mowgli to guide our winery through a major digital transformation. Before working with them, most of our business relied on offline sales and distributors. We needed a way to build a direct relationship with our customers, strengthen our brand identity, and create an e-commerce channel that could sustain us through the pandemic and beyond.

Scope of Work
Mowgli supported us across two main phases:

Phase 1 – Building the foundation
They designed and launched our new website with a full e-commerce store, refreshed our brand identity, and defined our tone of voice and communication strategy. They also set up email automation systems and provided us with a social media content calendar to ensure we had a consistent digital presence.
Phase 2 – Scaling and growth
Once the foundation was in place, they helped us focus on customer acquisition and retention. This included:

Lead generation campaigns (online and offline)
Facebook ad campaigns and Instagram management
Advanced Mailchimp automation flows for onboarding, retention, abandoned carts, and re-engagement
