We kicked off our project with a briefing and an introductory meeting. The agency then did a big analysis of the competitors and put forward options on how we could build off of them. Then, ours had a design session where we pointed out the logos, colours and shapes we liked and explained why.

When the analysis part was completed, we were presented with two design concepts for our brand. After choosing the second concept, we went on to work on 5SKU for the remaining pizza boxes in other flavours for retail and for our restaurants.

Before the start of the work, the agency held a briefing where we discussed the main objectives and wishes for the work. Our main goal was for the agency to develop a creative advertisement, not a typical medical advertisement. It also provided effective recommendations for its promotion. We were presented with 2 advertising campaign concepts.

The concepts included a creative idea, an idea for a video spot, and a sketch of the main visual. Then, when we chose one, we were given the final version of the main visual as well as the detailed mechanics of promoting the advertising campaign on internet platforms as well as offline products

The market is extremely competitive and as Marketing Lead it's vitally important to deliver a clear tone of voice about company values in any communication layers: RTB, Proposals, and of course the visual part. Before addressing into Moloko agency, we didn't have unity in style and consistency with the company's profile. Therefore, we came to the agency with the precise target of updating the color palette to match the company's brand identity, as well as updating the current guidelines.

I had known Moloko agency before from listings and some creative competitions, as well for a long time I was also personally acquainted with the head of the agency, so I approached them.

We had a few phone calls before we concluded the contract, then when everything was agreed we called the team and discussed clarifications. During those calls, we selected the workflow comfortable for both parts and then followed it. The first step was to identify a new color palette, thus agency's designer provided us s with several color options for our brand, and when one was agreed they started to design the guide. The main issue was not only finding the nice color combination but also adapting it for UI/UX rules for all information carriers.

During the project, we absolutely renewed our brand identity and made it more modern and correspondent to our brand DNA. All novelties you can admire at our SM and website.

The employees are willing to discuss and propose working solutions. It felt like they cared about us and were developing a good product. Even if they don't heat the target the first time, they can deliver a new vision in a short time and tune their processes in correspondence with the client's point of view.

The team is ready to defend their product and explain why it will work. Overall, the process was quite comfortable.

Overall everything was quite good, maybe pay more attention to details eg: how the design will work in a different environment, UI/UX issues. But definitely can recommend this agency to my colleagues.
