We had bi-weekly meetings and they described the concept they came up with and presented the idea to me. Then designed the expectation vs the product was a 1 to 1. I was pleased with the outcome of the logo.

They were very timely and professional. Their presentation for the products they design are excellent. Always open to suggestions and willing to work with clients on expectations. I found them to be easy going with communication and always available to discuss revisions to your liking.

At first we had several meetings where we got to know the team and discussed our wishes and the project. Then we had a strategy session, where we were offered several directions that we could move forward with our project. We then chose one and the agency finalized it. The final stage was two presentations. The first one was held for me and my colleague, and then there was a separate one for the entire team.

Then we had our meeting, where we identified the most appropriate positioning concepts for us, which were elaborated and presented to us again.

Then on the basis of the positioning we received several options for naming, from which we also chose the best, subsequently finalized by the team once again.

Afisha.me is an Internet portal that combines a service for selecting events and selling tickets, as well as news media about entertainment and cultural events in Belarus I am the CEO of the project.

For what projects/services did your company hire Moloko Creative LLC?

The main goal is to change the logo (for political reasons, we could not use the old logo, which was recognized as extreme in our country, so we needed a new visual style and identity). The task was to create a modern and catchy logo and visuals, and that was our main working project.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

MOLOKO Creative agency has been on the Belarusian market for a long time and has established itself as a creative team with fresh non-trivial ideas that are catchy. In addition, it was important for us that MOLOKO is regularly in the top of Belarusian agencies, and has won such a prestigious award as Red Dot.

Fresh ideas are important for our company, because the main audience of our product is young people under 35 years old. It seemed to us that MOLOKO agency would do the best for this target audience.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We set the task of coming up with an idea, concept and visual implementation for the Afisha.me project. The first stage was the development of an idea. We filled out the brief and indicated that we consider was important to highlight what our ideals and product vision are.

Then MOLOKO had a brainstorming session within their team and gave us a presentation with several concepts. At the second stage, we decided which concept suited us best, communicated a lot and looked for the best option. We made a decision.

The third stage was the direct development of the visual style of the logo, as well as the development of visual communication. At the fourth stage, the Moloko team and I introduced new visuals into the working project - we replaced logos, identity, visuals in social networks, and also prepared videos for promoting the product on TV and other video channels.

We worked most closely with the designer and art director, there were a total of four people in the project team, including the designer, art director, project manager and motion designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the publication of the project case in the Belarusian media, it caused a great resonance: the logo was discussed a lot on social networks. Our users reacted to the change of identity loyally and with understanding, everyone noticed the update, but at the same time the product remained recognizable under the new cover.

As far as we know, the Moloko team with this project became a participant in design and advertising festivals.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We appreciated the speed and thoroughness of the approach in this work. We needed to create a new identity as soon as possible - 3 weeks maximum. The Moloko team was up to the task. We appreciated the quality of feedback, reasoning and a balanced approach to work. We did not have any conflict situations; we estimate the joint work as the most comfortable for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is energy and creativity. We know our competitors and were ready for the team to start discussions with obvious visual style options. But already at the first presentation of ideas, we appreciated how the creative Moloko team thinks in a new and unusual way.

What we saw was the drive and energy of a young team that is not afraid of bold decisions, not afraid of unexpected moves and misunderstanding of the market. Our project also supports these ideas and is ready to take risks, so we absolutely agreed and worked in complete synergy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are happy with the work, processes and communication, so we will be happy to contact the team again. Things that could be improved are in the plane of our responsibility (perhaps we ourselves should have put in more time on the project in order not to rush into decision-making. But in the end, we are still happy with the result).
