The scope included the overall website design, page layouts, product and solutions pages, a pilot program section, resources and contact pages, mobile optimization, and English/French functionality. They worked closely with us throughout the process to organize our content, refine the messaging and presentation, incorporate our branding and custom graphics, and make revisions based on our feedback. The key deliverable was a professional, modern website that clearly presents EverPatch and our products to municipalities, contractors, and infrastructure professionals.

Mojo Media successfully completed the website within our required launch timeline and delivered a fully responsive, professional website in both English and French. The final website gives us a professional digital presence that we can confidently use when presenting EverPatch to municipalities, public works departments, contractors, and other infrastructure professionals.

The scope included creating a polished, professional site that explained who we are, positioned us as a premier residential technology design and integration company, and clearly presented our main services, including lighting control, motorized shades, audio/video systems, networking, security cameras, smart home control, and ongoing support. Mojo Media also helped with content structure. Their main role was building the website, but they also helped shape how our services were presented, organize the site in a way that made sense for our customers, and make the overall messaging feel polished and professional. Branding-wise, they did a great job translating our look and feel into the website. Ongoing maintenance was not the main part of the project, but they helped us get the site launched and set up properly.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest measurable outcome was that we now have a professional website that clearly explains our services, better represents our brand, and gives us a stronger place to send potential clients, builders, designers, and referral partners. The site also helped organize our main service offerings, which makes it easier for customers to understand what we do. While it’s still early to measure long-term lead generation or SEO results, the project was successful because it gave us a much stronger online presence and a website that matches the quality of work we provide. Since the website is still new, we don’t have long-term traffic or lead generation metrics yet. The biggest early impact has been the quality of the website itself and the feedback we’ve received from people who have seen it. The site gives us a much more polished and professional online presence, and it finally matches the type of high-end residential technology work we provide. It has also made it easier for us to explain our services to potential clients, builders, designers, and referral partners. Early feedback has been positive, especially around the clean design, clear messaging, and professional look of the site.

The structure and messaging are clearer, the UX is cleaner, and the overall presentation is a big step up from our old website. We also got a firm branding that we’re very happy with.We’ve received good occasional informal comments from those in the industry. Our firm is now perceived better by our customers and other firms we collaborate with in the M&A market. Before the redesign, we heard from some prospective clients that they didn’t go with us because the website looked so outdated. We haven’t heard that at all now since it looks so clean.

With the improved site structure, SEO, and mobile optimization, we’ve seen stronger engagement—visitors are staying longer, navigating more easily, and interacting with the site as intended. Mojo Media helped me put everything together using Elementor. The team also incorporated an e-commerce, an email membership functionality, and a calendar. Mojo Media delivered exactly what I asked for—and more. I have received great feedback on the site's professional, clean, and crisp design. Their pricing was reasonable, and they provided a video tutorial to help me operate the website's functionalities, making it easy for me to manage on my own. Having been familiar with WordPress, I found Elementor even easier to use. Mojo Media was very accommodating with my change requests and brought my vision to life, often completing revisions faster than I expected.

How did Mojo Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Mojo Media helped me save time and a considerable amount of money. The team completed the project in less time than I anticipated, showing their work's quality. Mojo Media accommodated how I needed to work since I requested to use Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to map out what I needed. The team created a Google Drive folder where we shared the collateral materials.

We communicated via meetings and text. Sara and I texted or emailed back and forth occasionally. She was very prompt in her communication.

I also wanted to add some new pages to my website and change my calendar to Calendly. They then also completed my Yoast Pro SEO settings for me for example the meta-tagging, etc..

I don't remember talking about any deadlines with Mojo Media. I am sure future businesses would want to decide on a deadline for a project. I was happy to get it done when it was ready to get done and was not fixated on a specific timing. A deadline was not important to me at that time, but maybe they could bring it up for future reference to be sure with their clients.
