We started the engagement with the management of our Facebook account. We wanted to post pictures regularly but didn’t know exactly what to say in order to attract the attention of college kids. Later on, we added Ad Words search-engine advertising to Modifyed Digital’s list of services.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve been working with Modifyed Digital for about a year and have been very happy with the results. College kids are constantly telling us how funny our Facebook posts are. Before working with them, we’d see a couple of people stopping by our restaurant from time to time and we used to go to local college bars and hand out fliers, but that obviously wasn’t doing it.

 I had some personal issues for about a month, and we didn’t have time to call Modifyed Digital and talk about what we wanted to be posted. We told them the situation and they continued to work for us without additional contact and did everything right on top of that. We thought that they would go in a completely different direction, but they did exactly what we wanted when it came to our social media and advertising. It helped us a lot.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I'm most surprised by in working with Modifyed Digital is I think they underrepresent their ability to preform. They go way above and beyond and beat any expectations I have for them. They consistently outperform what I actually expect. I really think they are one of the best if not the best at what they do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Modifyed Digital could have done differently?

I don't have any suggestions for improvement. I think they just need to keep doing exactly what they are doing.

Initially, we had to complete a quick form that provided them with additional information about our organization and the project's objectives. Their PPC team then moved on to investigate keywords and competitor analysis. We came up with elements of differentiation to emphasize in the advertisements together. 

After getting our permission, they created the ad copy and ran the commercials. They continuously evaluated the campaigns to find their advantages and disadvantages, and they changed the parameters to get the best results.

In the three months that we worked together, we acquired one client and over 300 leads.

Everything worked well since they are communicative and straightforward. For fast queries and video conferences, we used Google Meet. They sent reports by email.

What impressed us most about Modifyed Digital was their strategic approach and deep understanding of both SEO and paid marketing. They didn’t just execute tasks — they guided us with insights tailored to our business goals. Their transparency, commitment to delivering measurable results, and the personal attention from their leadership team made them stand out from other agencies we’ve worked with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Modifyed Digital could have done differently?

Overall, the experience was excellent, but one area of improvement could be faster turnaround on certain creative assets and content pieces. While the quality was always good, a slightly quicker delivery on these aspects would have made the process even smoother. That said, the team was always open to feedback and worked promptly when we raised such requests.

Measurable outcomes were:

The website was completed on time and is running smoothly.

Website SEO outperformed the previously set benchmarks and gained more than expected organic traffic. 

The cost per lead was reduced significantly, and the number of enrollments was more than we could handle, thus, we needed to stop the paid ads for some time.

They did deliver on time and had a dedicated POC by the name Rishabh, who was available at all times. He even suggested some out-of-the-box ideas and pointed out the mistakes we made and resolved them without any charge.

Not much but the cost can be reduced a bit, considering the company is outside of France.
