We give them some guidelines and tips on how our agency operate. They were able to deliver an app in the android platform using the Javascript and iOS using Objective C and swift in the develoment.

The were on track as there is no missed deadline. We are receiving good feedbacks from our user base concerning the UI design.

Now, we had a good number of visitors converting to customers and now more commercial users as we hired a marketing expert too, that's helps in getting faster result. I must say Mobolous really perform well with the UI/UX.

We had weekly meetings and do chat via email often to know if there is a new update. The communication was quite impressive.

We liked their versatile portfolio in Food Delivery Apps. A Zoom call was scheduled where they gave a demo of the generic food delivery solution. We liked the design and user flow. The quote was competitive, and we hired them.

In nearly three months, we got a complete working product with our branding and custom UI. Quality of Delivery was good.

Well, it was not as easy as it seems now. It was pretty challenging for us to make them understand what we exactly wanted on our website. However, over time, they came to understand our needs and provided the most outstanding service available.

Finally, I'd add that all the members of the team were highly dedicated to their tasks. They even kept us updated on the project's progress regularly. If my team or I didn't grasp something in the project, they always tried their best to explain it clearly and concisely until we did.

From the beginning of the project, the whole team was rapid and responsive. They always solve all our queries with great patience. However, there was a point when things seemed difficult, but with their assistance, everything went quite nicely.

The most exciting thing about the team is that they constantly update the project progress on time. They were available on all the communication forums, including slack, skype, Google meets, call, e-mail, Jira, etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The whole team was professional, cheerful, and hard-working. But if I have to choose the most impressive thing about the company, it is their friendly nature. It felt like we had our in-house product development team.

No doubt, they are so perfect in their work. However, I want to suggest they must expand their team with the same skills and experienced members.

We spoke with multiple companies online. We wanted to launch the App quickly for our customers. Mobulous showed us a working demo of Food Delivery App and we were happy to finalize them as they had something similar which we required.

We had a Design Sprint meeting with their Design team, where they took inputs from us in terms of colors, branding, logo etc. Post that one PM was allocated who shared with us the App versions weekly to review and take our feedback. A project manager was main point of contact. We majorly communicated with her. She got the work done as per our feedback and share with us the updates.

I shared them the idea with some rough sketches on how do we want the App | web too look like , their team created the Mockups which very quite impressive. We had a focused group look at the designs. We were quite happy. Development versions came out in sprints and after certain iterations the product was ready.

We majorly interacted with their Business Head and the Project Manager. We gave our inputs to the PM and progress was shared on weekly basis till the design and development was complete.
