The tests were composed of the interviews and feedbacks from our potential customers. The data gathered by mobitouch allowed them to prepare the lo-fi mock-up for us. After that, designed UX was tested in several tries.

All of the actions taken by mobitouch’s specialists provided us with the final product we could only wish for. Created web panel has a vey fresh and modern look. The design is interesting to the eye but at the same time highly intuitive and user friendly. The final product allow users to take full advantage of its benefits. Additionally, mobitouch designed a fully responsive and easy to use landing page. It gives our potential clients clear information on strong suits of AR Solutions and underlines the technological nature of our project.

The first one is Admin Panel. It represents the administration part of the product. Its core functionality is the ability to add new e-commerce and managing payments. Additionally, it provides statistical data about shops and charities.

The next one is Foundation Panel. It offers the ability to add new initiatives and managing payments. The third is Partner Panel, which helps e-commerce owners in managing Santaman’s content in their shops.

The last is User Panel. This one is for the people who choose to shop online with Santaman. Also, mobitouch provided us with the graphical design of the news feed, product comparison module and search engine.

Mobitouch lent us theirs in house UX and UI specialist. Our product creation was overlooked and cared for by the project manager.

The outcome of the works is a complete graphical design of the web panels. The user experience for each one of them is unique and satisfying. Mobitouch provided us with a clickable prototype of our product. This allows us to present the core functionalities of the Santaman web plug-in.

All this will help is in the future with testing the UX of our product. That part surprised us rather positively. Moreover, mobitouch's UX/UI specialist prepared the documents for us regarding the project design system. In the future, it will ease the improvement process of our product. Overall, the design is transparent and very intuitive.

From the very beginning of our collaboration, the communication was professional and immediate. Every deadline set was meet in full. Mobitouch’s specialists answered our additional questions rapidly. They were always happy to help.

From the beginning we have decided, that this project will be classed as MVP. We need it to have a base function with the potential to expand. We drew a plan that was divided in three phases: design, development and deployment. In the begging of the works mobitouch prepared several graphic designs examples and concepts.

After we agreed on one of them, second phase started. Second step began from development of the actual web application. During this period, we consulted with the programmers on performance optimization. After a successful assemble of the app, mobitouch tested it in a live environment scenario. Another crucial point was the design and implementation of the tailored CMS into our web app.

It allows us to actively react upon the needs of our project. This also helped in creating the key words base with accompanied questions assigned to the chosen branches of the law. In the MVP stage of the project, maximal number of the data base branches is three. This will be the cornerstone for creating an algorithm based on machine learning, which in future will allow us to automate the process of data analysis.

After the successful testing, the project went on-line. Thanks to mobitouch’s work, user data input has an automatic prompt system. It allows to forward specifying questions to clients, helping law practitioners to identify their needs in more accurate and efficient way.

I can strongly say that we choose the right contractor for our project. From the very beginning we could count on a full answer to our questions and simple but professional clarifications of the process. I do not recall any problems whatsoever with communication between us and mobitouch representatives.

The meetings were arranged by Project Manager, always executed on time and to the point. During them we could always drop a question or suggestion and felt understood and taken care of. Outside of these appointments the communication was also impeccable.

Ultimately, our nutritional assistant is a perfect tool for people who want to eat cleaner and especially for those exposed to food intolerances and allergies. First draw of the FoodCore project was the MVP. Thanks to Flutter Developer provided by mobitouch, it operates perfectly both on iOS and Android. Our target was completed with minimal possible work cost. FoodCore offers the ability to create a personalized user profile, which allows the input of viable data: food allergies, digestive problems etc. In response app is suggesting avoidance of some foods and proposing variety of replacements. The important part of the project is additional information about the food product composition provided by the interface. Summing up, thanks to mobitouch expertise, the final product is not only a MVP, but has multiple additional functions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was great to see how our ideas take shape and turn into a new, better meetfaces app. With mobitouch, the communication was instant, clear and concise. We always have felt that every issue was being handled by team of professionals.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Mobitouch delivered an excellent iOS and Android mobile app under tight timelines. We could not be more pleased with the final outcome of our product. We are happy to have worked with such a great team and we are excited to continue working with them on new ideas for our mobile app. Additionally, I want to note that previous developers have not been able to realize this task - thats why we wanted to rewrite existing app with mobitouch experts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The mobitouch team was very transparent and was distinguished by excellent communication. We have not noted any reservations on our part.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the CEO at Opensport24, a company headquartered in Poland, which operates in the fitness & wellness industry. Opensport24 is a cardless benefit system enabling employees to take advantage of various sports activities co-financed by the employer.

The Opensport24 user can use many sports facilities (swimming pools, gyms) connected with the partner network, without the need for a membership card, which is replaced by a mobile application.

For what projects/services did your company hire mobitouch?

The mobitouch team has implemented for us an advanced website with dedicated CMS system serving as a centralized management panel, and a mobile application for iOS and Android platforms.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to boost our operations, especially in the crucial start-up period for our development and deliver a complete product for our client’s. We needed a simple and user-friendly platform, encouraging clients of our business partners to use the services of them.

How did you select this vendor?

Opensport24 is a cardless benefit system enabling employees to take advantage of various sports activities co-financed by the employer. The Opensport24 user can use many sports facilities (swimming pools, gyms) connected with the partner network, without the need for a membership card, which is replaced by a mobile application. We did research online.

We saw, that the mobitouch team has really good references. Then we confirmed them with trusted partners who cooperated with the company and in this way, we decided to send an inquiry. The valuation and delivery time were optimal for us, so we decided to cooperate with this vendor.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The mobitouch team developed a dedicated CMS with invoicing system serving as a centralized management panel for facility offer.

They also provided two mobile applications (for iOS and Android) that automatically detect user type, promote offers of partner sports facilities, automatically distributes tickets and features a dedicated user verification procedure. They also implemented a QR code scanner and push notifications feature.

What was the team composition?

We created a comprehensive product that required the involvement of many people of various specialities as UI designer, Android Developer, iOS Developer, Front-end Developer and Back-end Developer. Also, in every step, we had great support from the Project Manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We launched our platform in mid-2019, since then we have seen steady increases in new users. In addition, we constantly receive positive feedback from our partners that the site and mobile apps are very intuitive for the users.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The experts perfectly understood our needs and delivered excellent products whose functionality and unique design delight not only us but most importantly the users. From the beginning of cooperation, we were sure that our projects were in good hands.

The works were carried out in accordance with the specification, within the previously assumed budget and deadline. Cooperation with mobitouch was pure pleasure.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The mobitouch team was very active during cooperation and quickly responded to our needs and suggestions. At every stage of implementation, we knew that we could count on the support and knowledge of professionals.

Thanks to the well-designed UX and UI, as well as the use of the latest technologies, Opensport24 definitely outperforms competitive solutions.
