Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a UX Manager for Credit Agricole Bank Polska, a large Poland-based commercial bank. I am responsible for all UX/UI projects concerning our digital channels.

Mobee Dick performed an expert audit and user tests for our first mobile banking application, CA24 Mobile.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to identify and improve on problems regarding crucial application processes.

We approached Mobee Dick because of their top quality UX expertise and strong knowledge of the banking sector.

Mobee Dick was responsible for creating an expert audit document and executing user tests. They worked together with our team and prepared user scenarios, chose user groups for application testing and performed tests that were followed by an IDI.

What was the team composition?

The team was composed of multiple personnel who were responsible for project management, research and audit expertise.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The audit and testing reports clarified—early on—crucial issues. One large issue concerning navigation of the application redefined our application goal. We most appreciate their detailed recommendations concerning project changes; these allowed for fast implementation without the need for lengthy conceptual processes. With every new release, Mobee gradually implemented less crucial improvements.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our work with their team was professional, especially in regards to their communication. They effectively explained certain choices during the testing process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The Mobee team’s effective communication complemented their understanding of business perspectives and goals. They tested the application professionally and presented a clear report that highlighted key issues and topics for improvement.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We provided testing material that was not ideal and sometimes problematic. I could have expected some more push—from the agency side—to force us to prepare a better testing application. However, their team easily dealt with issues and minimized any consequential effects.

Mobee Dick supported us with the Discovery phase for a mobile app which primary focus is women's health. Mobee Dick also helped us perform a series of IDIs.

We were familiar with Mobee Dick from previous projects and through other recommendations. We selected them through the interview process.

I worked with one UX researcher from Mobee.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We conducted 8 IDIs, and three workshops with the client and finished the project with the report, insights, and an app vision. We fulfilled all our objectives, so the project definitely ended with success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Mobee Dick UX researcher basically joined our team for the time of the project, so everything went great in this category :)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of expertise in the topic was superb. Their UX researcher not only supported us during the project but actively proposed new tools, ideas, and solutions to our problems. It was nice to observe them at work!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind really :)

I am a product manager in the tech hub of an IT company. We build products for different markets around the world.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mobee Dick?

We were building a new product from scratch as a growth opportunity for the company in the Polish market. As most of the team members in the tech hub do not speak the language and the product offers a new concept on our platform, UX writing becomes a vital and also challenging task for us.

What were your goals for this project?

We would like to make sure that all communications we provide on the product are easy-to-understand and in an appropriate tone. The communication should also motivate the users to continue using the product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They've been very quick and responsive every time they receive any request from us. Also, when there's any feedback or needs to change something, they are also very willing to adapt and make the changes accordingly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am very impressed by how much they are willing to think and create communications to the users by putting themselves in the users' shoes. At the same time, they stay very flexible and can adapt to any needs that we have.
