Our website is created in SquareSpace. We needed a system that allows us to manage prospects and Xenia helped us to create this.

Our ability to manage prospects and various stages has improved. The system is still in development so I haven't got metrics at the moment but it's already proving to be a better way of working.

We test how someone works now rather than what they've memorised: code quality, security knowledge, and how they direct AI tools and check the output instead of shipping it unread. A core team of 60 recruits from that same pool.

Wrong fit: we replace at our cost. It doesn't come up often. Teams have extended 180 contracts with us, and our longest engagement so far is 19 months, which is the number we'd rather be judged on.
