Our website was originally created on a slower platform, media giant design came in and reconstructed our website to exactly what we're looking for

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We shopped though various web designers in the area and it was clear that media giant design is the best around for web design and marketing

After several hands on meetings to discuss our goals, our website was created to exactly what we were looking for and in efficient time

We worked with rick the project manager and his awesome assistant Byanka

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our site has increased traffic and has become user friendly!our Online orders come in instantly and has been picking up tremendously

The project manager worked by our side and updated our team with effective online ordering

I was amazed by the knowledge Rick and his team shared with our team and the website.

I'm the candidate running for City Council in my area.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Media Giant Design, and what were your goals?

Hired to create, build and promote a campaign website. Additionally to create some marketing and promotional material. My goal is to get elected. Election has not happened yet.

SOLUTION

How did you select Media Giant Design and what were the deciding factors?

I was doing some research online. I ran across another candidates website I really liked and they were listed at the bottom as the creators / designers.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a planning / strategy meeting to discuss my goals and objectives. They designed a website, requested text from me, set up a photo and video shoot. Put together a website using WordPress.

I went through it page by page and sent them my comments, concerns. They were followed up on immediately. Today I have great site, with contact and donation pages.

How many people from the Media Giant Design team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with another associate. I believe she was the head of the photo and editing department.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the site I received a lot of positive feedback from those that I shared it with.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

I communicated with Rick on almost a daily basis either via phone, text or email. He was always good about letting me know his availability. If he was not available I could always reach one of his other associates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are attentive and have listened carefully to my needs and concerns. I never felt pushed or pressured. They spent whatever time I needed to explain and understand what they were doing and why. It made the whole experience pleasant.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They set me up with an email to go with my website. It was a little frustrating getting used to a different email platform after being so familiar with Gmail. It has some bugs that were eventually worked out. I think however if offered the option in the beginning I would have chose to go with what I was already familiar with.
