I am Deputy Manager for Foreign Economic Activity in Belarusian company. We are wholesalers of LED lighting and communications in CIS region , as well we have representation in Germany and Serbia. We have 2 brands : ULTRA and ASTRA.

At the moment we still work with Mastak Studio and our design is still the most innovate on the market. Never needed to look outside or even check competitors.

Regarding communication and scheduling we have not experienced any issues, as we always have several contacts , therefore all the deadlines were met on time.

We are very satisfied with the quality, timing, and design. Mastak Studio is always on the phone if you need something to be done urgently, creativity is just were it supposed to be, and most important they make our company image unique on the market.

There is no measurable outcomes yet, as the project is ongoing. However, the team is very flexible, in both technical requests (add functionality) and design requests - they do have a customer oriented mentality and are able to create the solution that fits the needs.

We needed some support in developing various parts of our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MastakStudio developed and integrated additional web pages for our website using different programming languages. The original site was created in React, and MastakStudio created some additional pages in WordPress.
 
They used the existing website as the template in terms of style, colors, and functionality. MastakStudio helped find a way to integrate their additional pages into the existing site. They also provided bug fixing services.

The project cost was around $6,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with MastakStudio in early-December 2020, and the project took about three weeks to complete and launch. It took us another two weeks to fix all of the bugs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our site is working seamlessly. The new pages don’t look different from the original site, and loading time hasn’t been affected. 

How did MastakStudio perform from a project management standpoint?

They exceeded my expectations in some senses. They replied quickly within the same day and sometimes within just a couple of hours. We communicated over email and Telegram. We also had a couple of Zoom calls in the initial stages, when we were still learning about each other. Later on, email and Messenger were enough.

We launched the project according to the deadline, and MastakStudio provided good after-sales support. We still get in touch with them if we need to discuss an issue.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by how quickly they responded to my requests, how close their pricing was to my expectations, and how much effort and attention they put into delivering the product. Even in the initial stage, when I sent them a general estimate, they provided a sufficient amount of information.

I can’t think of anything. I’m pretty happy with how they worked.
