Diversifying the variety of content formats utilized in outreach is one area where they could do better.  Even though the placements were excellent, engagement could be further increased by varying the way links are integrated, for instance by collaborating on more visual content or using co-branded resources.  Nevertheless, the execution of the core link-building was superb, and any improvements would only strengthen the already strong base.  We were quite pleased with their performance all around.
