We needed on-going help with website maintenance and support of custom WordPress plugins on our website, including a customer payment portal and custom integrations with our lease management software.

Mantyweb LLC provided monthly maintenance, including monthly updates to the WordPress core and plugins, security updates as needed, management of backups and hosting, uptime monitoring, and continuous improvement and adaptation of website functionality based on the agreed-upon scope and priorities.

Some of the improvements and adaptations Mantyweb LLC implemented within the scope of the retainer included adding debugging code to our site to assist with troubleshooting reported issues with completing payment online and improving the online client experience. The team also completed a full website audit that identified some critical issues regarding security vulnerabilities, which they quickly addressed for us. Moreover, Mantyweb LLC identified and corrected missing or broken areas of the site, resulting in an improved user experience. The team also supported the content and integration of a new facility into the existing code and plugin.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw customer satisfaction improve as a result of properly working functionality with online payments and online rentals. We also noticed fewer tickets created once the updates to the user interface were made. The risk mitigation from security issues and downtime was also impactful and meaningful to our business.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We appreciated Mantyweb LLC's professionalism and quick response times. We had tried several web development agencies in the past, but they were either difficult to work with and very slow to respond, which resulted in significant downtimes that impacted our business, or simply out of our price range. Mantyweb LLC was a breath of fresh air. They took the time to understand our company's specific needs and worked with us on budgeting to find a retainer that worked for both sides. Even though they weren't the ones who developed our custom code, they were able to quickly step in and support the custom plugins, getting us back up and running in no time.
