Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Mantyweb seamlessly managed our platform move with zero disruption to our business and no challenges to managing the site at our end.

Already we have received positive feedback from our business units, and clearly the site is working, as we have had direct client outreach as a result of key elements added in this migration.

We've just launched the site so it's too early to say. On the first day, I did get three new inquiries for projects from clients that we had never spoken to before, so if that's any indication of what's to come, we're more than pleased.

It was extremely effective—expectations were clearly laid out and followed. The workflow and feedback process was easy and seamless. They've obviously put a lot of work and thought into their systems.

The quality of the product we received and how easy it was to get there. We've redone our website several times over the years and this time was by far the easiest and most pleasant. It was also the fastest and gave us a result that we love.

We needed a web developer to take over the development of our existing websites.

Initially, Mantyweb reviewed our existing assets and collateral, performing a technical audit of one of our websites. They then rebuilt the WordPress site and our team performed user acceptance testing. Following that, they developed a total of eight websites from scratch for the various casinos within the company and incorporated an online gaming platform, working closely with a gaming developer. They also ensured users could register an account to access all pages within our network.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw customer satisfaction improve as a result of properly working functionality with online payments and online rentals. We also noticed fewer tickets created once the updates to the user interface were made. The risk mitigation from security issues and downtime was also impactful and meaningful to our business.

We appreciated Mantyweb LLC's professionalism and quick response times. We had tried several web development agencies in the past, but they were either difficult to work with and very slow to respond, which resulted in significant downtimes that impacted our business, or simply out of our price range.
