Major Visibility have dealt with all our projects from initial enquiry through to the finished product very professionally and within agreed timescales. Some projects have been larger projects than others. 

Our website was designed by them and even though complete, the package we have enables them to update and amend it when necessary - keeping it running smooth and always up to date. 

All advertising projects have been produced to very high standards, from the initial idea, they have offered alternatives, or other suggestions for considerations to ensure the end result is just what we wanted. 

Sometimes our projects, or requests, have been carried out within the 24 hour period, other times within 3-5 days, depending on the complexity - longer projects are given an estimated timescale that has worked for both them and ourselves. 

Major Visibility work with the same professionalism when projects are required quickly as well as those, like the website, that take more planning and amending through the process. As a customer you are kept well informed at timely intervals, or as agreed at the beginning of the project. 

All communications are processed quickly and easily. There is no overload of emails, or telephone calls, which is great as it is like they are carrying out their complex work, but behind the scenes, as you run your day to day business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our initial enquiries were soon turned into projects. Once the projects have started Amy and her team agreed realistic timescales with us, either to provide us with updates, or to discuss the works, for example, art work and logos to review, designs and text to review before the project proceeds to the next stage. 

This kept us informed at all times. Amy uses her outstanding knowledge and experience very professionally offering advice, ideas and options for consideration without taking over on your project. 

From experience we have worked with web designers and art workers who often start a project, work on it for ages, then eventually show you their final art work or design and it find it nothing like what was asked for, then have to start all over again.

We have always found Major Visibility to manage our projects really well. They keep us informed throughout the project. Agree timescales for reviews etc. Always respond quickly to any queries or requests. Always a good result.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The end product was always just what we wanted. Amy and the team have done smaller projects and well as larger projects for us - nothing seems to much trouble - they provide great support throughout and communication is easy and straightforward. Major Visibility take the stress out of our technology problems and advertising.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Major Visibility could have done differently?

Unable to think of any improvements or anything that could have been done differently.
