We wanted to have an inbound marketing strategy created and executed in order to drive traffic to the website and get more leads. We hired the agency and they delivered completely. They did our entire content and SEO strategies, and optimized our website from on-website things to code. We immediately saw improvements.

After the first meeting, they helped us identify our shortcomings - website, social media, and overall online presence. They also helped us identify everything we were doing wrong until then, and they immediately created a list of topics and keywords to target. Then they set up our entire website content with the strategy that was going to be executed to help capture organic traffic.

Then, they wrote articles for us based and created guidelines so that we could write our own content. They currently schedule our blog posts and reach out to other publications to earn backlinks.

They had a team work on this, but we communicated with the director, SEO, and account manager.

Their content strategy has increased our organic traffic by 70% and helped us get more click and leads from the website and our Google Business profile. From the feedback we got, our clients find our articles to be an invaluable resource for their vacation needs. With their content guidelines have also made our copy more consistent. They still write content for us, and their articles are well-written.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We meet on weekly to go over things that needed to be done, but we were also in touch every day we needed to be. They also deliver a monthly report on our content's performance. They use Google Analytics and Console to track everything and deliver reports that explain all the numbers we never understood.

The team really takes the time to provide everything we need. Everything is researched and executed smoothly, and they are always online to help us with any issues, ideas, suggestions, or questions.

The analytics was always hard for us to understand, but they created easy-to-read reports that summarized our content's performance.

Started with the website redesign and essential SEO things, then ongoing content development and optimization, and our traffic has skyrocketed, and we are getting more and more leads each month and year.

I hired Made Online at the beginning of 2019 to help me grow my business and increase leads. I wasn't getting enough leads to cover my logistics expenses, so I found them and had a meeting where they approached everything that was needed and offered solutions for all.

They handle all of the company's digital and physical marketing. ISince hiring them, I've gotten a website with a redesign, SEO, better code, less plugins, no bugs, no broken items, and each month they deliver greatly optimized content that has increase my leads %230. They have done a great job on bringing uniformity to our messaging and having a strong digital presence.

First, we went through a discovery phase where we looked at the current state of my website and business. They then put together a 6-month digital strategy, focusing on website optimization, and they delievered everything that was promised. Now I get 1-year plans from them. They handle my website, content, social media, reputation, and PR.

They need some time to get into the business, but it doesn't take long, and once they do, they do an excellent job.
