To reevaluate the brand’s visual identity. This is not a website redesign but deliverables that will enable us to rework the existing site ourselves, have a defined look and feel for the brand, a brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Received by our audience positively, reflecting the values of the brand, allowing recipients to feel the brand represents a friendly but sophisticated brand, delivered in an impressive location. Ultimately resulting in improved ticket sales and more exhibitors and sponsors.

For dealer marketing, assets were made for dealer packages, information and portal in a reasonable timeframe.

The club turned to LoveGunn to help define a brand that was both authentic and inspiring, offering more than just football—a vision that resonates with people beyond the pitch.

We required the team the create a visually creative brand that could be used in both online and offline scenarios but also develop a strategy that would assist the club in breaking into culturally relevant industries.

While we may not always compete at the highest levels on the pitch, the strategy needed to leverage this understanding to find new, innovative ways to engage with audiences and expand the fanbase off of it.

On completion of the project, the brand was easily rolled out across all departments and teams in both online settings such as social media and web, but also physical branding across internal areas. The strategy and creative have allowed us to be dynamic and confident to move into new, culturally relevant spaces that, without the new brand, would have been difficult to penetrate, such as a running club and culture exhibition.

After a short pitch process, Love Gunn excelled above the other Branding Agencies. What set them apart was how they would approach the re-branding process, which would be in two stages. The first challenge was to develop a design, colours and logo that would reflect the evolution of the NRG brand and incorporate the new messaging and approach. 
Phase 1: A new logo was the main focus.
Phase 2: A condensed brand book //typeface// proposal document // social media templates // icons.

Our brand was outdated and looked like it was stuck in the nineties, which didn’t reflect what we were as a business. We decided to undergo a big transformation by enhancing our business’ branding to something world-class, timeless, and elegant.

Thanks to LoveGunn's overall branding work, we've seen a 47% increase in website views, a 21% increase in users coming to the site, a 43% increase in social media comments, a 4.8% increase in reposts, and a 5.3% increase in impressions. Moreover, we've noticed a positive impact on our email marketing, including clicks and open rates.

How did LoveGunn perform from a project management standpoint?

LoveGunn has delivered on time and budget and has communicated well with us to respond to our questions and feedback. In addition, the team has been very patient because we change our minds a lot, so they're flexible. Regarding tools, we use WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings. Overall, they've exceeded all of our expectations throughout the project.

Lovegunn were asked to create a completely fresh brand for UK Zero and the umbrella organisation World Net Zero. The Brand had to be striking but also diverse to be used for both World Net Zero and the subsidiaries that will come under. E.g. UK Zero, Norway Zero, France Zero, Guildford Zero. We needed a unique icon that could work well with text and be instantly recognised if shared with our data.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

When we began, we required a brand identity and all the components that come with it, like a website, general branding, and presentations. 

My partner and I had a clear vision for our brand, which emerged from another business with a similar focus. With our extensive experience, we knew our target market and how we wanted to portray ourselves. However, we needed a company to transform our concept into a tangible visual representation.

We provided LoveGunn with a comprehensive list of past clients, market acquaintances, and investors. They reached out to them and obtained valuable feedback.

We've completed the first project but continue to work with them as and when pieces of work come up. As we're still new, we're working through different presentation types. We collaborate closely with them on specific deliverables, including business cards and other small details.

We work with Chris (Co-Founder & Managing Director), Tom (Co-Founder & Creative Director), and Paryz (Account Manager). Our primary contact is Laura (Senior Designer), who is fantastic. 

How did you come to work with LoveGunn?

I researched to find a company that could cater to our needs by being exciting, innovative, very commercial and could deal with our corporate market.

During my online browsing, I stumbled upon LoveGunn's website. I was impressed by the visually appealing display of projects that catered to both quirky startups and traditional interpretations. 

We discussed with them to clarify our requirements, and they elaborated on their work process. We found the compatibility excellent, and the team, including Tom and Chris, had personalities we connected with.

We appreciated their direct approach and genuine demeanor, which made us feel comfortable and connected with them. The process was straightforward, and we didn't need to consider other options.

The engagement with LoveGunn began in November 2022, and it's ongoing.

We needed to deliver something high quality, particularly the website, which was a runaway success thanks to LoveGunn's efforts. People have been very complimentary about it. 

For me, it's also about the interpretation of our ideas. They took what we wanted, and they added to it. In no way did they diminish it or think that they knew better. 

As a team, we work really well together. It's always a team effort, and LoveGunn makes us feel part of the team rather than one group being stronger than another. That's their real secret. 

How did LoveGunn perform from a project management standpoint?

There have been no problems at all. Initially, we had emails and in-person meetings. We then moved to weekly Zoom calls with the team, but we've found the best way is just to pick up the phone and call the designer and vice versa. One-on-one conversations are more effective and efficient.

What did you find most impressive about them?

LoveGunn adds value to what we want to do, and that's a significant point for them. For me, the best way of putting it is that they take a rock, shine it, and turn it into a diamond. We have the underlying strength and ability, and LoveGunn adds the diamond shine, which is huge.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I'm not a massive fan of Zoom calls. I prefer to do in-person meetings or phone calls. It's a personal preference rather than a weakness on their side. It would be helpful if they could ask a client how they'd prefer to communicate upfront. We've found a good routine now, but it could've been quicker and better if the discussion had happened up front. However, that's from our side as well.

Trust them as they are reliable and will deliver what you need. It's essential to communicate your goals and desired position.

LoveGunn were initially hired to create a brand story and identity for Serenata Flowers, but went above and beyond and created a full rebrand strategy and identity which was very well received by Serenata Flowers. They have worked on creating our brand guideline books, created ad concepts, created unique brand patterns and created the artworks for our packaging overhaul. They have taken feedback well and have understood our vision a lot of the time, and have also helped to shape our vision too.

Most of the measureable outcomes from our project were deliverables. LoveGunn provided us with a new brand identity, purpose, strategy and visual direction to pursue. They took onboard feedback and were very quick to pivot when the project required it. Their speed of delivery is excellent and we feel like a hihg-priority client of theirs.

They created our artworks for our packaging and proposed the visual direction that we should take for our website and social media overhaul. They have really helped us with exploring a new photography direction

Excellent time management and very good communications. Never felt like there was too much communication and they were very adaptable to our needs. We often give very tight timelines, which they never miss.

I think their adaptability and affordability are their biggest strengths and are very impressive. For such a small team they are super agile and able to deliver on our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LoveGunn could have done differently?

There are two areas that I believe LoveGunn can improve on, one is that there were times that they may not have understood exactly what we wanted to receive. Sometimes deliverables were a bit too high-level and covered all bases, when we wanted something that was more focused and a clear direction and compelling reason to take that direction.

The other area for improvement was attention to details on certain deliverables. A few unnecessary amends could've been avoided with a further check-off or sign off process, but I imagine this is as a result of their speed.
