We implement AI where it actually brings value – and take care it does so, meaning we treat AI projects from the growth perspective: improving the underlying infrastructure for proper data flows and ensuring the AI solution is more than a fancy but self-contained tool. Our main focus is on properly “paving the way” for AI and then implementing it scalably in accordance with the actual needs, not for its own sake.

We typically work with around 10-20 concurrent client engagements, depending on project scope and context – this is the perfect amount to be fully aware of the fine details and make our work meaningful in business terms. Each engagement is supported by a dedicated team, so the level of attention and involvement scales with the needs of the project rather than the total number of clients.

We offer both models, depending on the project. Some relatively self-contained projects, especially where we offer our own expertise more extensively at the planning/discovery phase, yield themselves best for a fixed price model to make everyone feel comfortable. Some projects, especially with long-term collaborations, where sub-projects blend into each other for holism, are best handled with T&M.

This is one of our main areas of focus – and we approach it from the very start of the project from several angles. We research the end users and their routines (including on-premise visits for internal-use products where possible). Then we translate the findings not just into UX but also the underlying logic of the software and important infrastructural tradeoffs (impacting latency, loading speed, connectivity, etc.) Finally, after delivery, we offer both onboarding and continuous improvement loop, fine-tuning the product iteratively.
