They maintained clear communication throughout the development process, responded to feedback, and worked through technical challenges effectively as the project evolved. The team maintained good coordination across design, development, integrations, AI features, and testing. Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We wanted to simplify and speed up our video pre-production process by making better use of our existing media archive. They built a custom AI solution that uses our video, audio, and image libraries to generate storyboard drafts and organize the creative workflow. The project covered everything from planning the system architecture to setting up the server infrastructure, designing the interface, and developing the AI workflows. They also integrated the platform with our existing content library and provided training so our team could start using it immediately. The result is a solution that saves us a significant amount of time during pre-production, helps us reuse our existing assets more effectively, and gives our editors and directors a much better starting point for each new project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key success indicator was the level of automation achieved in their video production workflow. The AI agent was able to analyze and use our existing video, audio, and visual asset libraries, then generate structured final product storyboards that could be used directly by their teams.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project was well managed from start to finish. They delivered the major milestones on time and kept us informed throughout the process. Whenever new requirements or feedback came up, they were responsive and willing to adjust the solution without making the process complicated.

Communication was clear and straightforward. We had regular check-ins to review progress, discuss technical decisions, and make sure the platform matched our production workflow. Overall, they were easy to work with, proactive in solving problems, and focused on delivering a solution that met our needs rather than just completing the original scope.

What was your primary form of communication with Lime or Lemon Digital Studios?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was that they understood both the creative and technical aspects of the project. Instead of trying to fit us into an existing product, they took the time to understand how our production team actually works and built a solution around that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lime or Lemon Digital Studios could have done differently?

Honestly, not much. If we had to mention one thing, it would be that they're sometimes too committed to making everything perfect. They often went above and beyond what was expected, which we really appreciated, but at times we felt they were putting in more effort than we had originally asked for. It's a good problem to have, and we'd much rather work with a team that genuinely cares about the outcome than one that simply delivers the minimum.
