Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We managed the end-to-end restructuring of the client's real-time AI camera and sensor system. The scope of work started with a deep technical audit of their existing infrastructure to figure out why the AI wasn't performing accurately on the production floor. As for deliverables, we provided a completely rebuilt data pipeline to handle heavy live video feeds without lag, and optimized their computer vision models to reduce false positives. Finally, we handled the complex system integration, wiring the new AI setup directly into their existing operational software, and delivered a redesigned user interface that allowed their team to trust the system rather than relying on manual checks.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We significantly reduced the system's processing time. The optimized data pipeline allowed the real-time camera and sensor feeds to be processed 49% faster, ensuring zero lag in the live production environment.

System accuracy improved dramatically. By fixing the underlying software infrastructure alongside the AI model, we increased the real-time detection accuracy rate to 61%, minimizing false positives.

Operational efficiency saw a massive boost. The highly reliable AI outputs reduced the client's need for manual verifications by 24%, saving their team 9 hours of tedious manual checks each week.

Lime or Lemon’s project management was incredibly structured. They didn't just take instructions; they actively collaborated with our internal team. All milestones and deliverables were met strictly on time. What stood out the most was their practical mindset. How many teammates from Lime or Lemon Digital Studios were assigned to this project?

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We wanted to simplify and speed up our video pre-production process by making better use of our existing media archive. They built a custom AI solution that uses our video, audio, and image libraries to generate storyboard drafts and organize the creative workflow. The project covered everything from planning the system architecture to setting up the server infrastructure, designing the interface, and developing the AI workflows. They also integrated the platform with our existing content library and provided training so our team could start using it immediately. The result is a solution that saves us a significant amount of time during pre-production, helps us reuse our existing assets more effectively, and gives our editors and directors a much better starting point for each new project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key success indicator was the level of automation achieved in their video production workflow. The AI agent was able to analyze and use our existing video, audio, and visual asset libraries, then generate structured final product storyboards that could be used directly by their teams.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project was well managed from start to finish. They delivered the major milestones on time and kept us informed throughout the process. Whenever new requirements or feedback came up, they were responsive and willing to adjust the solution without making the process complicated.

Communication was clear and straightforward. We had regular check-ins to review progress, discuss technical decisions, and make sure the platform matched our production workflow. Overall, they were easy to work with, proactive in solving problems, and focused on delivering a solution that met our needs rather than just completing the original scope.

What was your primary form of communication with Lime or Lemon Digital Studios?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was that they understood both the creative and technical aspects of the project. Instead of trying to fit us into an existing product, they took the time to understand how our production team actually works and built a solution around that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lime or Lemon Digital Studios could have done differently?

Honestly, not much. If we had to mention one thing, it would be that they're sometimes too committed to making everything perfect. They often went above and beyond what was expected, which we really appreciated, but at times we felt they were putting in more effort than we had originally asked for. It's a good problem to have, and we'd much rather work with a team that genuinely cares about the outcome than one that simply delivers the minimum.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their ability to understand both the technical challenges and the business context of our valuation process. Rather than simply developing AI features, they took the time to understand how our team works and designed solutions that addressed real operational needs. Their collaborative approach, technical expertise, and willingness to iterate based on our feedback resulted in a solution that is both practical and easy to integrate into our daily workflow.  Their team combined strong technical capabilities with a clear understanding of our business needs, delivering an AI solution that improved our valuation workflow and operational efficiency. We appreciate their professionalism, communication, and collaborative approach throughout the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lime or Lemon Digital Studios could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration and the outcome of the project. The team was responsive, professional, and open to feedback throughout the engagement. If there is one area for improvement, it would be to provide more detailed user documentation and onboarding materials to help our team adopt new AI features more quickly. Other than that, the project met our expectations.
