We hired Lime or Lemon Digital Studios to develop an animated training series and a custom e-learning platform for our employees. Our goal was to improve the quality and accessibility of staff training while delivering a creative, easy-to-use digital learning experience that reflected our brand and operational needs.

Lime or Lemon Digital Studios managed both the creative and technical sides of the project. Their work included designing the training content, producing and animating the lecture series, and building a custom e-learning platform tailored to our needs. The key deliverables were an animated training series and a digital learning platform for store staff training. The project included a series of animated training videos designed for our store staff, supported by a custom e-learning platform. The content focused on making internal training clearer, more engaging, and easier to follow in a digital format. While I’m not recalling the exact number of modules, the work covered both the creative development of the lecture content and the animation production, with a strong emphasis on usability, consistency, and training effectiveness. Lime or Lemon Digital Studios handled the project in a way that combined instructional clarity with solid design and technical execution. They handled essentially all major parts of the platform, including the interface design, platform development, content integration, and the animated training materials themselves. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project improved how training content was delivered to our staff by making it more engaging, easier to follow, and more accessible in digital form. The successful rollout of the animated training series and custom e-learning platform was the clearest indicator of progress and project success.While I’m not in a position to share internal staff data, the project’s value was reflected in the successful adoption of the platform and the improved delivery of training content. It gave us a clearer, more engaging, and more scalable digital training experience.By successful adoption, I mean that the platform became a functional part of the training process and improved how the content was experienced by our staff. It made training more accessible, more consistent, and easier to engage with in a digital environment.In addition, the project helped make staff training feel much more contemporary and user-friendly. The animated format made the content easier to absorb, and the platform brought everything together in a clearer and more organized way. It felt less like routine internal training and more like a well-designed learning experience.

Project management was smooth and dependable. They communicated clearly, stayed on top of the process, and managed both the creative and technical sides in a well-coordinated way. What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me most was their ability to combine creative storytelling with solid technical execution. They didn’t just build a platform or produce animations separately; they brought both together in a way that felt certain, purposeful, and well-aligned with our training needs. That balance is not easy to find, especially for our company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

A slightly more accessible budget might have allowed us to begin a little earlier. However, after the project started, we felt the quality of the work and the overall delivery clearly justified the cost.

Key deliverables included a fully responsive, user-friendly website that reflects our brand identity and supports our positioning as a beverage education academy.Lime or Lemon Digital Studios delivered several key features for our website. They created detailed training pages where users can easily access comprehensive information about our programs, as well as user-friendly application and registration forms tailored for industry professionals.They also designed and developed an events calendar that is both visually appealing and highly intuitive, allowing users to clearly see upcoming events by month along with detailed event information. Overall, they built a very practical and easy-to-use website for our audience.In addition, they implemented a CMS that enables us to manage and update content efficiently. As an admin, I can easily upload and edit content thanks to the well-structured system they designed. They also integrated WCAG standards into our website, improving accessibility.

Within the three months following the website launch, we saw the following results:Early gains were visible within the first few weeks, while the strongest results became clear over the six months as the new platform gained traction in organic visibility, user engagement, and mobile performance.We used Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track these results, along with practical indicators such as mobile usability, page speed, and how users interacted with the site after launch. Together, these gave us a reliable picture of the website’s performance improvements over time.
