I'm the responsible Product Owner at a Company providing employment websites in Germany and Austria.

For what projects/services did your company hire Light IT, and what were your goals?

As our web portals grew bigger and we wanted to add more and more functionalites, we needed to extend the number of developers quickly. That challenge was at that time impossible to overcome without external developers.

How did you select Light IT and what were the deciding factors?

Light-IT was able to privide experiienced developers with the skill set we needed very quickly.

Until today, we have had several Light-IT developers working on our projects, including Front-end (Reyct, HTML, JS...), Back-end (Python, Django...) and App-developers (iOS and Android).

5 developers (backend and Frontend) plus 2 app developers from Light-IT habe been working on our projects during the years.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As the Light-IT-Deveopers are part of our regular Scrum teams, the contribute to our success just like our own developers do. Light-It devs have been become an important part of our development.

We mainly communicate via Slack and Jira.
