On the third week we launched the website and it leveled up the game and we began attracting serious investors of our business. 

On the second month, with all the additional earnings we have, we started inviting influencers to build up user-generated content for the platform! It served well for our brand and business.

With the vision of providing distinct homes which could elevate the living standard of every hardworking customer, The Fortune Group opened its Real Estate arm with its holding company, FORTUNE REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS CORPORATION having its pioneering project Chateau de Paz, catering to the upscale market. And now, FORTUNE AMARI LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION with its pioneering brand Amari Residences, a project made for the middle-income customers.

LICERA took the initiative of visiting our office and project location way before the start of the project. Second, they had created Marketing framework for us to implement and follow through after weeks of consultation and days of face-to-face.

Before the project started, their onboarding detailed what will happen in the following dates and schedules. They communicate as often they can. We have daily check-ins, weekly updating and monthly reporting of output. They are in control of the project in reference to the target output and deliverable schedule.
