Lease Engine developed and manages our Google Ads campaigns based on our marketing objectives. Their team focuses on improving conversion rates throughout the lead-to-lease cycle while increasing property visibility, website traffic, and brand recognition. They handle the entire process—from ad copywriting to campaign management and reporting—making the engagement seamless on our end.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lease Engine’s work has significantly improved our conversion tracking, lead generation, lease signings, and overall website traffic. Since launching the campaigns, we’ve seen roughly a 75% increase in website traffic, along with stronger visibility and more qualified leads.

How did Lease Engine perform from a project management standpoint?

Lease Engine delivers on time. The team is professional, communicative, and easygoing. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

The project started with marketing infrastructure support, for example: online review collection and feedback strategies, website updates and improvements, and virtual staging services for existing and new photography. They also updated all of our listings for Zillow and Apartments.com. 

With infrastructure support complete, we engaged Lease Engine for Google Ads promotion and analytics support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully stabilized our property less than 11 months after engaging Lease Engine. Their support was Pivotal in helping us get the traffic and leads we needed at a time that was critical.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Lease Engine team has been a good partner from the start, putting our needs first, and proactively looking for ways to add value. 

They have delivered projects on time, or even ahead of schedule, with just a handful of hiccups along the way. For example, there was one mistake in some print material they built for us, but the Lease Engine team was quick to own that mistake, fix it, and re-print the materials at no charge.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Utilizing Lease Engine helped us approach marketing with experts on our side, and to better understand which marketing efforts were actually paying off, so we could make informed decisions. 

More than anything, they were flexible, and found ways to work with us where and how we needed it most.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lease Engine could have done differently?

We are pleased about our engagement with Lease Engine. The team was responsive and flexible in managing our specific needs.

While it is hard to find areas needing improvement, the graphic design sometimes needed several edits. That said, the editing process was easy and we always landed on a good final result.
