The attention to detail on the actual Figma pages was amazing. They really knew their stuff and could explain the reasons why things had been done the way they had. They worked extremely hard, this was demonstrated by our intense twice hourly meetings. The work produced is of a very high quality and the eventual website's conversion rate will be significantly higher than it currently is.

There were three key deliverables for this project: redesign of existing website, assistance with creating a cohesive brand which entailed defining color pallets, font selection, and an overall brand image and guidelines, and copywriting.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The first was to create a new brand image. This entailed working with the team to evaluate how we would position ourselves to the market, how we would differentiate our business, and how we would design a website that represented the vision of the company. 

Next, we worked together to identify color pallets, font selection and placement of text on the screen, as well as graphic design. Once we had a clear vision for our brand and a completed design layout, we then worked with developers to turn the design into reality.

I worked with Marina as the project manager for this website. Marina was absolutely wonderful to work with. She had great communication skills, both via email and during our regular meetings. She was quick to respond when I needed something or had a question. 

She was also very organized, and presented a gantt chart for the project and provided weekly updates on the status. Marina also did a great job collaborating with the designers and other people who were involved in the project. I would highly recommend her for future projects!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked how the company presented a very clear and structured approach to the creative side of the work. Creative work can be difficult and having a clearly defined structure for how to define the brand image and website was extremely helpful. I also like the modern and engaging style that the designers use - all the websites are beautifully designed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something League Design Agency could have done differently?

During the initial sales meetings, I was shown VERY highly quality website designs with advanced animation. I agreed to move forward with the project assuming that I was paying for the same quality of work that I was presented with in the initial sales meetings, however after my second meeting with the team I was told that there would be an added cost to create a really "WOW" design. I felt that was misleading and should have been clearer upfront.

While I did feel that the pricing was in line with the quality of work provided, it can be a bit difficult or uncomfortable for the customer to commit to a project on an hourly basis. I feel that the team did a great job understanding my budget constraints, and trying to work with me and communicate any time there would be an option to add something that might increase the cost.

We are currently using every aspect of the new brand identity and deliverables from the project, so we are very happy with the results. We extended the project to include every aspect of our brand, including two other offerings/audiences. We also commissioned League Design for our web design for each of these sections. Our new design has seen increased conversion and engagement with our brand, including increased email readership and website usage.

Our company has a completely new look that we will be implementing across the entire business in the new year. The CEO and key stakeholders are extremely happy with the new look and although the branding hasn't been implemented yet we suspect that it will allow us to generate leads and be appealing to prospects outside of the industries we currently work in, widening our reach.

They were fabulous, Marina is absolutely on it. Very efficient and professional, lots of communication throughout the process with weekly progress updates and almost weekly calls to present work back to us. We had a lot of amendments, some of them rather small and fiddly but Anastasia took them on board professionally and patiently and always understood where we were coming from. We ended up with a beautiful and practical design that we couldn't wait to use.

The thing that attracted me to their work in the first place was the conceptual work they did to begin with that allowed the design work to flourish. They really knew the right questions to ask and tasks to give us to get a handle on the essence of our company and what we do in order for that to be translated into the design.
Another thing I was impressed by was their project management, I never felt that I needed to check up on progress or they were lagging behind with anything as I was receiving regular updates and I trusted that they were just getting on with it. I was also very impressed with their communication, I'm sure they have things happening outside of work that would be enough to affect their everyday life at work, but they never let that impact our communications and they were always very positive.

I think their pricing structure could be improved somewhat as I feel like it can be hard for the client to commit to a quote that isn't set in stone. I also think that they are undervaluing their work through using this structure.
