I am the CEO and have NBD responsibilities for FitzMartin a B2B sales and marketing consultancy.

We use John for our work and for our clients who have needed outreach to high-value prospects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After reviewing many and there are thousands, of firms John stood out. His unique staffing and team helped us immensely. He is our go-to.

They did direct dials and voice mail work for us and other efforts that were client-based.

John has been my lead. He is the kindest guy you ever met.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?

Appointment setting rates have been over 2x other vendors. We had one client tell us to STOP setting appointments because they could not keep up with John's team.

Verbal and email tool sets. Good communicators.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a kind, thoughtful intake that allowed for outcomes that excelled.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I always want it fast, cheap and good. John is not cheap but man is he worth it.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I work at a healthcare organization, and I’m the business relationship manager of our addiction medicine practice. My job is to grow the company by partnering with facilities that provide addiction recovery treatments.

What challenge were you trying to address with Leads at Scale?

We needed a way to reach out to more facilities and inform them of our services. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the resources to do it ourselves, so we were looking for someone to provide cold calling services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Leads at Scale provides cold calling services for us. Specifically, they reach out to several addiction recovery facilities on our behalf. Once they find a high-quality lead, they then set an appointment for me to have a call with the lead.

What is the team composition?

I work with two teammates: a cold calling specialist and Amanda (Business Development Specialist), who manages the account and oversees the calls. I’ve also worked with John (Managing Partner), who helped with the technical side of the project.

How did you come to work with Leads at Scale?

We found them through Google and reached out to them. John was able to express his expertise in our conversation, so we felt really aligned with them. We also appreciated that they employed deaf people.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $8,000–$9,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in June 2021 and is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Leads at Scale has done a great job filling up my calendar with call appointments with quality leads. The team has definitely put us in touch with more leads and increased our brand awareness. We’re now working on converting that to sales and building more relationships in the industry.

How did Leads at Scale perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is great. We have weekly calls with Amanda, who is super communicative. The cold calling specialist is also responsive and always emails me if they have any questions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The amount of appointments they’ve set is excellent. The way they do business is also very personal and hands-on, which I appreciate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It took a while for them to find the right staff for our account, but once they found one, everything started going well. We did have a dip in calls in the last few weeks, so they have room to improve in terms of consistency. However, we’re confident that they can bring us back up to speed again, and we’d love to work with them to figure out the best strategy moving forward.
