Our software can be difficult to grasp the best ICP and or best way to market based on the title or organization of the lead, so I feel if that was more known (which takes time and we are still refining our GTM strategy), then we could see more meetings booked on a weekly basis.

It felt like they were really part of our team not just another company we hired everything ran smooth from start to finish and it made our job a lot easier not having to chase them down for stuff or worry about deadlines they handled everything.

We hired Leadium to manage our high inbound lead flow. Speed to lead needed to be under 5 minutes with a focus on financial pre-qualification and interest before scheduling the call with our sales team. The goal was to transition from an inhouse team to a full-service team managed and led by Leadium. In addition to handling inbound leads, we hired them to work as Sales Assistants. 
We found that we needed our CRM lead data managed, our Sales Team needed assistance putting together contracts and handling reschedules, sending out important followups, and handling the entire sales pipeline in an assistant level function. Once they handled these two functions we then increased our engagement to have very strategic outbound appointment setting through targeted email and LinkedIn programs. 
They excelled in every way which is why we continue to have 4 SDR reps with them after three years.

In regard to outbound lead generation, we measured the number of prospects engaged, the conversion rate, the average time it took to convert a lead and the channel strategy that led to the highest conversion.

All tasks are completed on schedule. The team proactively provides recommendations. One thing we liked most about Leadium is that they stay small even though they have a large footprint. It means I am able to work directly with their founders even though they have an entire project team working on our program.
