We chose Ladybugz because they were collaborative, iterative, and responsive. We saw examples of client sites and it felt like the right agency for how we like to work, and our stage of business.

We shared our requirements, arrived at the right plan, and got to work. We had weekly meetings throughout where the team shared designs, we gave feedback and input, and we signed off on items along the way.

We worked with 5 people total, in strategy, project management, design, and support. Our primary work was with the designer and project ops lead.

Getting a preview of the back end CMS would have been helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.
