Collaboration with Kwebmaker put our project on the fast track. Deadlines were met, despite the high complexity of our project and despite the occasional unavoidable complication, to which Kwebmaker  allocates extra resources in order to ensure timely progress.

Management was transparent and fuss-free. We communicated mainly through Zoom, occasionally through Jira. I have never seen such high quality code from a contract organization. They contributed to existing features but also let the development of a number of initiatives including completely rebuilding the key portion of our primary application.

Kwebmaker delivered every feature we requested. This included creating a dedicated map for our field inspectors and automating the way information is updated by our engineers. The entire system was developed using .NET and Microsoft Dynamics.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We work with five major customers, each responsible for managing twenty banks. A team of twenty-five people oversees all the operations between these banks and their customers, supported by a network of 750 field engineers. While there are 200,000 units across India, we manage approximately 20,000 of them.

Kwebmaker proposed using the engineers’ own devices to allow real-time status updates on ATMs—something that wasn’t possible before. This change has dramatically improved customer satisfaction, since information is now immediate. Previously, banks would only learn the status of a machine after receiving a screenshot or report from the customer.

The things we ultimately obtained were significantly different from those specified in the initial request for proposals.  We underwent multiple iterations of modifications, yet Kwebmaker managed everything without any significant problems.  Even some of the components that were not included in the original agreement were accommodated.  Kwebmmaker truly went above and beyond in project management to guarantee that everything was delivered on time.
