Kultprosvet

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of an interactive online training, explainer video, and learning concept development company. We also provide e-learning software consulting and workshops to make digital learning in Switzerland understandable and effective.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Kultprosvet?

We needed a modern LMS with AI functionality so our customers could play and learn our courses through a system. We needed standard LMS features like certificates, tracking, and user creation. We also needed an AI chatbot as an AI tutor and some AI workflows in the background for automation. Including cross platform mobile app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kultprosvet handled everything, from idea creation to visuals, UI/UX, development, and testing. They built our web portal and React Native mobile app.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one project manager, 1 UI/UX designer, and four engineers.

How did you come to work with Kultprosvet?

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working on this project since February 2024, and it's still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Kultprosvet delivered our web portal and React Native mobile app on schedule. Their AI agents cut our course content production time by about 70%. Their staff augmentation model let us scale the team quickly without long hiring cycles. It also saved us roughly 50% compared to hiring locally in Switzerland. The AI agents now handle routine learner support questions and course translations, which freed up about 70% of our team's capacity.

How did Kultprosvet perform from a project management standpoint?

They were super friendly, always on time, forthcoming, and thought ahead. We communicated via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Kultprosvet's transparency has been impressive. With their open-book pricing, we saw exactly what each developer cost with no hidden markups, which was rare. It was also nice that they covered everything we needed, including web, React Native mobile, and AI agents, so we didn't have to juggle several vendors.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not much. Early on, we had some back and forth on requirements, partly on our side, but weekly calls sorted that out quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I love most about Kultprosvet is their personal connection with our company.  In addition to their technical skills, their excellent project management and their attention to the tasks, they maintain a friendly and caring work relationship with us.  The CEO of their company came to our organization last year to introduce himself and check in.   This can not  be found in every web company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kultprosvet could have done differently?

The only suggestion I can offer is to let us know where they are at as the work proceeds.  Sometimes we don't know whether they are at the beginning, middle or end of a project.  If we ask, they do let us know.    I would like to hear from them during the process more often.

I can't think of anything Kultprosvet could improve on. Software development is challenging, but there's nothing they could do better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I vouch for them 100%. The client needs to know what they want to build. Kultprosvet is an executor; they’ll develop whatever you ask them to. If you don’t know what you want to develop, it’s your problem, not theirs. As long as the client is organized and knows what they want to build, they’re very talented software engineers. I've already recommended them to two friends, and they're both extremely happy.

Are there any areas they could improve?
