What I love most about Kultprosvet is their personal connection with our company.  In addition to their technical skills, their excellent project management and their attention to the tasks, they maintain a friendly and caring work relationship with us.  The CEO of their company came to our organization last year to introduce himself and check in.   This can not  be found in every web company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kultprosvet could have done differently?

The only suggestion I can offer is to let us know where they are at as the work proceeds.  Sometimes we don't know whether they are at the beginning, middle or end of a project.  If we ask, they do let us know.    I would like to hear from them during the process more often.

Kultprosvet has been responsible for the full design, architecture, and development of a complex mobile app for iOS and Android. They’re acting as our entire engineering team, including QA and product management. As for the technology used, the team has used Figma and Adobe for the designs.

We measure success by the quality of the product that Kultprosvet has delivered, as well as their hard work and commitment to timelines. We’ve worked with other teams before, and Kultprosvet is by far the best team we’ve worked with.

They’re very communicative and professional. Their word is their word, and they’re hardworking. I've been working with Kultprosvet for two and a half years now, and I'm very satisfied — they're a great team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Kultprosvet could improve on. Software development is challenging, but there's nothing they could do better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I vouch for them 100%. The client needs to know what they want to build. Kultprosvet is an executor; they’ll develop whatever you ask them to. If you don’t know what you want to develop, it’s your problem, not theirs. As long as the client is organized and knows what they want to build, they’re very talented software engineers. I've already recommended them to two friends, and they're both extremely happy.

1. feature release on time - shows that when we getting a clear and complete spec, there is ability to plan, groom, prioritize and manage the feature release as expected and on time 
2. deep understanding of the system core and business logic - The team's manager deep dives into the spec and logic in order to understand the context and not just the need. This leads to better communication and better performance. 
3. Personal relationship - good and clean communication. Traveling between dev centers to work not just remotely but also frontally. 
4. Agility - The team can learn fast and step into new ereas.

1. One of the member is the leader and takes responsibility for all tasks distribution and management and is fully responsible for the team's delivery and performance.

I personally think it's the people. I found motivated professionals and good friends. They're more than just service providers; I can truly trust them, and as I see it - NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THIS.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kultprosvet could have done differently?

Few employees needs to get better in English for better communication with other colleges. I am aware to the fact that all have the option to get English courses as part of working a Kultprosvett. Usually communication goes through team managers, which have a very good english, so no big effect on development process, but I believe that all need to have it.

What challenges were you trying to address with Kultprosvet?

We needed support with UI/UX design and web development. Our main goal was to increase sales by embedding several payment gateways.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kultprosvet has been helping us with the UI/UX design and web development using Figma. The team is building a support bot for Telegram messenger that integrates with Zoho and our website. Moreover, the team has integrated miscellaneous payment gateways in fiat and cryptocurrencies.

Regarding the process, we’ve started with a discovery phase to review our needs and preferred styles for UI/UX design, implementing our black background and the fonts that we’ve chosen. Moreover, Kultprosvet has developed a new Telegram board for our subscription marketing channel, linked to our site, where users can make payments and read about terms and conditions. Every process is automated; whenever a user makes a payment, the Telegram bot generates a link to the group for the market research subscription.

We’ve mainly worked with Kenya (Teammate).

Some of our partners referred Kultprosvet to us, and we chose them for this project among other potential providers because they were the best fit for our niche, budget, and design style.

We started working together in March 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Kultprosvet’s work has helped us increase the productivity of our processes thanks to the automation of our customer service tools, like the website and the Telegram bots. These deliverables have also helped us cut personnel costs. Moreover, our site has made our business more transparent and understandable regarding our pricing and knowledge, increasing our subscribers by 14%.

Kultprosvet delivers on time and within budget and communicates well with us via Slack.

Klim and Ksenia are very good at what they do.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Kultprosvet’s design skills are great. Their designer understands the market, does research, and implements our feedback, so the deliverables are always unique and within our wants and needs. In addition, they’re always able to manage our requests even if they’re unfamiliar with those things; the team is hands-on and prepared for any tasks.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their crypto payments skills and knowledge, but I understand that because this is their first experience working with these technologies, we know it’s not easy. Nonetheless, based on our feedback, they’ve been improving, and I’m satisfied with what they’ve done.

Be clear with what you need because the team listens carefully to your requirements and can understand you.

Having a partner like Kultprosvet, who is so dedicated and reliable, has had a dramatic impact on our business. They never stop delivering despite challenges, and their work is always of the highest quality. 

How did Kultprosvet perform from a project management standpoint?

The work is always delivered on time, and they are very fair about the pricing. Kultprosvet is transparent, and we know that we can trust them; we are never surprised about anything that comes up.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are very flexible and always deliver based on our requirements. The only thing that they ask from us is to give them our needs in advance, but even in urgent cases, they have been able to supply us with successful individuals. Kultprosvet’s owners are extremely effective, and we consider them our business partners. 

We’ve also been impressed by our frontend developer; he has done a great job, and everyone who works with him has been impressed with his work. Everyone they have brought in to work with us has been wonderful. Their team’s commitment has consistently impressed us.

Listen carefully to the individuals you work with because they are highly experienced. They won’t offer you anything you don’t need; trust that they are doing their best to guide you in the right direction. If you listen to their advice, you’ll be successful because they have so much experience and knowledge.

I’m the CEO of WhitePay, a crypto payment processing company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Kultprosvet?

We needed help with custom software development for e-commerce platforms.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kultprosvet developed five plug-ins from scratch for e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and WordPress. Regarding development technologies, the team used Java and PHP — the products were native applications. Moreover, the team’s work included updates and maintenance of the plug-ins.

What was the team composition? 

We worked with two account managers from Kultprosvet’s team.

How did you come to work with Kultprosvet?

One of our previous partners referred Kultprosvet to us, and we decided to work with them based on their internet reviews, good offer in terms of price and scope of work, and ability to deliver within our timeframes.

We invested around €45,000 (approximately $48,000 USD) with them for this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Kultprosvet from April–July 2023. However, they still provide support ad hoc to our requests.

Kultprosvet successfully developed the plug-ins, enabling us to deliver them to our merchants and the different e-commerces seeking the products and making it easier for them to integrate into my company without hiring extra coders.

Kultprosvet delivered ahead of time and was responsive, which made me very happy. Regarding tools and communication, we used Slack with different channels for each step of the project, like development, production, or support.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Kultprosvet’s responsibility, communication, and accountability were outstanding. The team really cared about us and put extra effort into our product by helping us understand what we needed and how to prioritize the tasks throughout the process. I’m very thankful for their work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them a brief to start, then met to review the details. There was no other platform like the one we were looking to build, so it was made from scratch. The platform is compatible with our service and was developed with a UI that could be manipulated to work from right to left and left to right.

We worked with two people daily: a project manager and a developer. We also worked with the CTO, an account manager, and another developer.

The platform doesn’t have any bugs and is extremely helpful. Their work met our expectations, so we are very happy.

It was a very complicated and unique project, and Kultprosvet was able to do it for us. They managed to execute our idea, and we hadn’t seen anyone using this method for what we wanted to do before. They were able to complete what we asked of them, and the other company we worked with wasn’t able to do that.

There were no issues with communication, and we had a good relationship with Kultprosvet. We felt really comfortable with them and never hesitated when we had questions. We used WhatsApp, Slack, and email to communicate.

We had the idea, and they were able to execute what we wanted. They made us feel like we were their only client, and we always felt confident they would take care of our project. We hope to continue working with them to improve the application and prepare for testing in the schools.

amazing project management, things were generally done very well and on-time, project manager was very capable in managing internal logistics to meet our (sometimes) difficult requests on timing and high expectations for product output. Worked well in managing and navigating the ideation templates we provided to their team even though we are not of a technical background.

Great communication, never felt like there was too many cooks in the kitchen - they deliver lean, efficient work. If there was a problem they couldn't solve, they would always add a point of escalation they could reach out to get the issue resolved.

Communicating developers' time allocation to multiple projects and availability of developers for projects on less notice if possible.

I’m the head of IT for AMACO; we’re largest dealers in Ukraine for the sale of agricultural machines and commercial vehicles. Priority of the company operation is the after-sale customer service (spare parts, service, training), and assistance in solving any technological problems.

We wanted to collect statistics and automate tasks for our team of 30 service engineers. Our main goal was to increase efficiency with day-to-day tasks.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We shared our business needs with Kultprosvet; they’ve been responsible for recruiting team members for our project. They’ve provided us with IT resources, including engineers, QA specialists, and individuals with other skill sets. 

The Kultprosvet team has worked alongside us to develop an Android mobile application that allows us to gather statistics and measure the efficiency of our service engineering team. They’ve linked the application with our ERP system, which has enabled us to track engineering tasks more closely and review where our engineers spend their time. We’ve tested the application and completed the first phase, but we’re working on expanding its functionality and adding features.

It was essential for us to deliver effective solutions to our employees; Kultprosvet has helped us achieve our goal.
