When we hired Kubikware, we had an app and wanted to finish a few details before putting it out there. Thanks to Kubikware we actually took this app to a much better point in terms of design and features.

We overhauled our website and built a react native app. We brought Kubikware in to fix some issues and maintain the platform.

We had lots of bugs with the app and website. We listed tasks on Trello and knocked them out one by one.

We hired Kubikware to assist in a quick turn around virtual event we were designing and building for a client.

We selected Kubikware because of their ability to quickly mobilize a development team, experience with relevant technologies and ease of communication.

Kubikware worked with our designers to finalize page templates and implement them in HTML/JS/CSS. There were also some small service integrations.

3 - 4 people total ranging from engineer to project manager. The CEO also maintained a presence throughout the project.

The project shipped on time and on budget!

Kubikware communicated primarily through Slack and Google hangout, which is native to Siberia. They did well.

Speed from brief to kick-off was impressive.

A little more fluidity of communication with our project leads perhaps, but all in all it was a pleasant and successful partnership.

What were your goals for this project?

Rewrite the backend of an existing tool and add a mobile version of the web portal.

Front End Development, mainly in Javascript REACT and recruiting for technical and admin roles.

What was the team composition?

We contracted 2 front end developers and after seeing how efficient they were, scaled back to 1. For the recruiting team, we had a dedicated recruiter and had regular touchpoint with them and their manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Kubikware has helped us reach our goals and milestones to keep our clients happy and enrich our sales pipeline!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We use Pivotal Tracker, Slack, Github and Abstract to collaborate and communicate. Communication has never been an issue with Kubikware. We are kept up to speed on progress and status without having to reach out.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Overall, they run efficiently and are very organized. For recruiting, they were able to take our feedback on candidates and accurately incorporate it in their next round of sourcing.

Everything so far has been great!

We’ve worked with Kubikware on about eight-ten projects for web and app development, backend systems, and more. For this project, we needed to build a large gaming system for a client.

What were your goals for this project?

The app needed to handle a variety of features for paying customers and that would work efficiently with Facebook. We had to blend our teams to benefit the client.

We initially worked with Kubikware on a trial basis. Their team worked on smaller projects for us before we felt comfortable to bring them on to larger projects.
