  The scope of work included analyzing our existing processes, implementing and customizing ERPNext to fit our requirements, and configuring multi-level workflows. Key deliverables were the setup of lot-wise inventory management, redesign of the layout, migration of existing data to the new system, generation of batch tickets based on job cards, providing customised reports and post-implementation support to ensure smooth operation and user adoption.

  The project resulted in faster workflow approvals, improved accuracy and traceability in inventory management, and increased user efficiency due to the redesigned layout. We also saw a reduction in manual errors, smoother data migration.

Potentially more than 1 project leader, just in case that person stops being employed by Korecent, it creates a big risk gap

Canada Aviation Academy is an aviation sector enterprise based out of BC, Canada, focused on Aviation Education and nonscheduled flying transportation. I am the Founder and President of CAA.

Our business was outgrowing our legacy system, making it more challenging to oversee aircraft operations. We hired this vendor to advise us on the best solution and implement it for us. The goal was to have a scalable ERP system that could grow with our company.

We looked for IT consultants online. We selected this vendor based on their service offering and background after conducting interviews with them.

They implemented the new customized system, migrated our legacy data, and standardized our IT business workflows. They were mainly responsible for process documentation, process mapping, and filling the gaps with customization to the system according to our requirements.

Their Director Business Solution was our main point of contact for everything related to the project, but there were about 9 other IT specialists working in the background.

With the use of a customized ERP system, Canada Aviation management is successful in achieving Cost control, Earn more profits by identifying and measuring KPI, Online scheduling of aircraft, equipment, and instructors, Minimizing the aircraft downtime, and Identification of seepages.

Everything was completed on time. They were always there to respond to our questions. We could easily pick up the phone and speak to them. High-quality work was ensured.

We value the effort they made to understand our business. They were flexible enough to tailor their service offering. As a result, they could suggest IT solutions that were specially designed according to our business. They provided a custom-tailored system.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They did an excellent job, and because of their experience across industries, they are masters of technology and its optimum use. We are no one to suggest a master.

Additionally, the solution supports dropshipping by managing purchase orders and purchase invoices. Integration with Stripe ensures seamless payment processing.

This one is probably not fair, but language was sometimes a barrier. English has many dialects so making sure someone that speaks American english understands what is being said is helpful.
