What really stands out to me about this company is the dedication of the team. Whenever there’s an issue, they don’t just respond quickly — they go above and beyond, even outside regular working hours. I’ve even seen the CEO personally get involved to help resolve things, which is something I’ve never experienced before.

Also impressive is their mindset. When something could be done better, they don’t get defensive — they welcome feedback and actually use it to improve their processes. That kind of commitment to growth and collaboration makes me feel like a true partner in this journey, not just a client.

There is still some room for improvement for timely communication if unforseen things get in the way. However, they handle it good and made improvements ons this.

Glamly, an ecommerce store specializing in luxury bags, watches, and other high-end accessories, embarked on a project to enhance our digital presence and operational efficiency. We entrusted Kodexo Labs to help us with our objectives recently and are really satisfied with the type of work they do. The objective of our projects was as follows: 

• Develop a Mobile Application: To provide our customers with a convenient, on-the-go shopping experience. The app needed to be intuitive, visually appealing, and feature-rich, allowing users to browse, search, and purchase products easily. Revamp the Website: To redesign our existing website with a fresh, modern look and improved user experience. The goal was to ensure the website is responsive, fast-loading, and easy to navigate, aligning with our luxury brand image. 
• Enhance the ERP System for Better Analytics: To modify our existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to produce more detailed and actionable analytics. This involved tweaking the system to track and analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and inventory management more effectively.

Although we decided recently to bring the application down temporarily due to internal change in strategies and plans. We will surely ask Kodexo Labs to make the application live again once we are done with the iOS application for the store as well.

  • Increased Traffic: A 37% increase in website visitors post-launch.

We've also run a few tests of different AI models and APIs, which have noticeably increased the AI's performance.

Kodexo Labs is pretty quick, and our allocated project manager is hands-on. Due to the complexity of my requirements, the project has been delayed from the scheduled date, but we've had conversations in place about the expected delay for AI enhancement.
