We have provided designs of the website and those designs were to be converted into a full fledge website from scratch to finish using Reactjs + typescript. They've done good job in doing so and have done more than what was agreed initially.

The website should be well-functioning and should look exactly like the designs.
The website should be efficient the way it behaves when users interact with it
Code quality should be above average

The response time was good but some of the features actually took more than expected time. The time taken by project was bit more than what we've expected early on. This could also be attributed to the some of the changes we've communicated in the later phases of the project but I still think from the time perspective, there was a room for improvement.

Communication from devs could've been improved and at times devs were too reliant on the exact requirement given whereas in ideal case, some of the decisions should be made by the dev himself on the spot and move on.
