We were in the beginning stages of looking into SEM and PPC, and they helped us create our strategy, do keyword research, and set up the end to end process our ads would then follow.

They worked closely with our team to develop a paid marketing strategy that worked with our budget and matched our designs to their landing pages. Our account manager checked in with us at a minimum once a week to let us know of our progress and even created custom dashboards so we could follow along.

The assigned an account manager, a designer, a copywriter, and a few extra people based on our needs. The account manager was our most common point of contact.

Since working with them, we've been able to establish our base foundation for paid acquisition and have worked to improve our conversion month over month. We've gone from 0 paid leads to over 80+ consistently in just a short few months.

They've been great at managing and working within a brand new industry. We have lots of industry-specific speak that they've gone out of their way to learn and adapt to in their campaigns. In addition to this, they've been very responsive to any last-minute changes or are open to feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really appreciate their hands-on and friendly approach. Their team really cares about their relationships with their clients and it shows in the way they handle requests and explain each campaign they're working on.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As a fast growing team, communication is key. A clear feedback loop on when new members are joining or new people assigned to our account is always great – adding a bit more of a lead time for changes like these would be great in the future.

We first met with a sales rep who was very easy to work with through contract negotiation. After selecting KB, we were contracted to have an account manager and a designer assigned to us.

Our account manager worked on setting up new ad channels and did a diligent job with our accounts and getting ads approved and running. It took a lot longer than expected to get ads on all the channels, but over all, we have been happy with the time and dedication our account manager spends with us.

What was the team composition?

We only work with our account manager and he sometimes works with a designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with KB, sales from paid ads has increased to account for 20% of our total revenue. Basically, KB manages our ads now on Facebook and Google and we see good return that's worth the investment. We also enjoy working with our account manager who is always helpful and easy to get a hold of. However, we thought we'd be getting more services from KB including accurate reporting (still lacking), higher quality design support, and quicker turnaround for channel setup.

After over a month of issues trying to secure creative design from KB, our account manager said they don't usually provide a lot of creative, and it was very unclear why the sales rep and our contract promised us this. The low quality design and lack of creative material was where KB fell short.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our project manager is very easy to communicate with and consistently provides short weekly email updates and longer bi-weekly calls. We are happy with their level of support.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are impressed by our project manager's understanding of Facebook Ads and his determination to improve FB performance. He is also quick to troubleshoot and fix things that require his expertise. Additionally, we appreciate his consistent and clear communication.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Sales should spend more time understanding client needs and expectations before drafting contracts that KB cannot fulfill. When the sales rep promised us we'd have a designer to create ads for us, we expected that- However, this contracted promise was not fulfilled in a way that met our expectations: we did not have a dedicated designer and the designer that our project manager was able to get some help from did not provide quality work.

Finally, the lead designer for the design team was put on our case and was able to provide some designs that worked better. We also expected detailed and accurate reporting. While we have reporting from the social platforms we advertise on, the reporting from KB is inaccurate and too high level to analyze.

The work scope included a strategic plan to help us reach current students, incoming USC students, and Alumni and help us drive more consumer loans, student loan application volume, and conversions. Deliveries included new landing page creation for our consumer and student loan campaigns, smartlist, and campaigns within HubSpot. Also, Adwords management, Facebook/IG, LinkedIn ads management, remarketing campaigns, weekly reporting, and weekly/bi-weekly check-in meetings. Klientboost served as an extension of our marketing team.

We worked directly with the President/CEO in terms of the SOW's strategic potion, and we also worked with an Account Manager, rep, and designer on the day-to-day tasks.

Thanks to the landing page design, content, and clear call-to-actions we reached an average of 7% conversion rate on our landing pages. Our average conversion rate across Google Ads was about 6% and close to 1% on the display networks, well above our industry averages.

Their willingness to risk and think outside the box impressed us. They brought ideas to the table that we never thought might work, and they did! They are an innovative bunch, super creative, and FUN to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we worked with them, they focused more on PPC and social ads, and at the time, we were looking for an agency that offered a bit more, including SEO and PPC expertise. Recently the company has expanded, and they now offer SEO services.

We launched a new brand and were using a 'pay per lead' service to generate online search leads. The problem was that our leads were not very warm. So we hired KlientBoost to create a search campaign for our Atlanta office first and then we opened it up to all eight of our locations.

We wanted to increase leads reaching out to us for property management services. Because of our new branding, it was important to increase our leads through a search for each of our markets.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The quality of leads from our 'pay per lead' group has dramatically improved. We have four sales reps handling these leads and they have commented that the leads are much warmer than previously. We are also getting conversions from our Facebook ads when we were not running any until KlientBoost started.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It's been great. I have been the main contact and Ashley and I meet every two weeks to discuss performance and any adjustments that need to be made.

Their customer service and attention to detail.

The only thing that will be improving is just their understanding of our industry and how best to locate our potential clients without attracting tenants.

Measurable outcomes for us are the quality of leads. Klientboost continually helps us receive quality leads which in turn these leads purchase training from us.

Graham from KlientBoost sends us weekly details of our PPC leads and account. He includes ways he can improve our campaigns and leads. Graham also has a bi-monthly video call to go over our goals and progress. They always deliver on their timelines and keep us update on the status through email.

The most impressive thing with KlientBoost is the one-on-one approach, by have a direct person in charge of our account really helps in creating the best outcomes for our company. We have seen great results from using KlientBoost!

Currently, I do not foresee any changes in working with KlientBoost because they are very proactive. They are always trying to be one step ahead and the quality of their work is impeccable!

After our our thoughtfully planned out campaign was created and launched, we quickly needed to pivot due to the changes brought by COVID-19. The KlientBoost rapidly developed new creatives and deployed them among the ads. As a result we were able to stay relevant during this time and continue to reach customers that needed our services.

During the ramp-up to our season, we met frequently via video calls to discuss progress and ensure the development was on target. We are using Asana to ensure tasks and milestones are being met. When timelines were slipping, KlientBoost added resources to get us back on track.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their dedication and commitment to the client's success are very impressive. I always feel that our account manager Chris is committed to the cause even when it means significant amounts of effort to get the job done.

Onboarding was a little bit slower than anticipated but we were able to recover and with the added help got on track.

For the past 10+ years, we had spent a reasonable portion of our marketing budget on PPC without much visibility on ROI. We hired KlientBoost to manage our PPC advertising and provide insights into ways we could put our marketing spend to good use.

SOLUTION

How did you select KlientBoost and what were the deciding factors?

Initially, we discovered KlientBoost through their exceptional website and blog content, highlighting their level of expertise from the outset. Working with KlientBoost has only proved this correct.

Additionally, previous PPC consultants have required us to use their Adwords account and pay a margin per click. KlientBoost's model is they manage your existing Adwords account for a fixed fee.

This was far superior in our view as we could easily see how the results trended over a longer period of time, plus we keep the results at the end of the project.

Initially, KlientBoost reviewed our existing Adwords campaign and made tweaks to improve performance. Next, they designed an external landing page using elements from our existing pages and diverted 50% of our PPC clicks to this new page to gauge improvements in conversion rates.

Once it was confirmed that KlientBoost's landing page was superior, the next stage involved putting 100% of our PPC traffic via the new landing page and making minor adjustments to the PPC settings and the landing page elements to further drive conversions.

Throughout the process, we had weekly meetings with the KlientBoost team to discuss improvements and results.

During onboarding, we worked with four KlientBoost team members who discussed our situation and desired outcomes and tailored a plan to suit. On the day-to-day operation, we primarily worked with two team members (an account manager and a web designer) with periodic check-ins from a customer success manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a result of this relationship, we have:

1. Learned a substantial amount about PPC which is invaluable going forward,
2. Improved our PPC campaign to reduce unnecessary elements and focus on the elements that work,
3. Significantly reduced our cost-per-click while improving our conversion rates (sounds like hype but it is true).

Ultimately we now have great visibility on our PPC's ROI through accurate conversion rate tracking and cost-per-conversion tracking. KlientBoost has now handed control of the account back to our internal team so we can continue to manage our own PPC campaigns.

Our business relationship was during the COVID-19 lockdown period and as a result all communication has been via video conference. The entire KlientBoost team has been extremely responsive to emails and video conferencing requests throughout the relationship.

During weekly conferences, the KlientBoost team would keep record of ROI using a shared Google Sheets document (plus we still had access to our Adwords dashboard) so we were all abreast of the results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Knowledge is a big factor, however what I found most unique was the level of human connection. At no point did we feel like another company in their CRM system - their team made an effort to get to know us, understand our business and our goals, and made the best possible decisions to reach our goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have any areas I can suggest improvement - any minor issues we had with the project were largely due to corporate structure on our side or our business's market constraints.

SOme designers worked in the background but we had two primary contacts who were essentially account managers and CRO ninjas. They were great guys.

We generated a ton of leads. They were interested and targeted leads that served us well.

They use Asana, which I wasn't the biggest fan of, but that is just personal choice and not really a negative. Weekly calls and decently prompt communicated, especially if it is of a higher importance. A bit slow on landing page turn around and changes.

The staff is friendly and very personable. They are your friends. Which does make it harder when it may be time to part ways.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have a unique industry and we had a lot of growing pains at the time. I think they did good - just not the right time for us.

I work for LiveView Technologies as the Director of Marketing and Demand Generation. We provide enterprise-ready cloud-based surveillance, 24/7 live control, detection and world class sensors...all set up in less than 30 minutes.

We are starting to roll out a marketing and lead generation program from scratch and looking to utilized all of the digital advertising channels including paid social and search. KlientBoost has supported us since January to get our ads off the ground and to create CRO pages that we are always testing. So the entire user experience from soup to nuts.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals for this project were really to test out a few channels like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc. that have never been used before at LiveView Technologies. The goal was to drive sales ready leads for the lowest cost per lead. Some preliminary targets were set at 150 leads a month at an average CPL of $50.

Since starting in late December and January, we have been moving as quickly as possible to get all of our ad accounts set up, landing pages created, lead flow tested and our initial ads launched.

KlientBoost has been there for ever step of the process, even getting into our marketing automation platform, HubSpot. Being a brand new account it has been challenging to chase down all of the internal connections needed to launch these brand new ad accounts, but they have been hands on since day one.

I've been working closely with a project manager and our ads manager. The team is fantastic in that they are fun to engage with and able to think strategically for the needs of our business.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been running ads for a little over 3 weeks and in that time we have completely overwhelmed our sales team with quality leads for less than half the CPL expected. We started by crawling with a bit of spend that would dictate what audiences were working and where we needed to pivot.

After that initial week of ads we we have maintained a steady CPL around $20 for demo requests! We recently scaled our daily budgets and saw over 200+ demo request leads in one day while still maintaining quality and a CPL of $20 or less.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our teams has been really smooth. We meet once weekly and work via email outside of that. The KlientBoost team has built in-depth Google Data Studio reports so I can check in on the progress/results of our ads in real time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I have been running ads or leading ad spend over the last 5 years of my career and I have never seen results of this nature as quickly as they have been able to produce them. We are thrilled by the progress and how quickly we have achieved this type of success.

We have had a few setback over the last few weeks, but nothing in control of KlientBoost and they have been great to assist in any way shape or form.
